I find it strange that Childhood's End is being adapted. Great book, but there are so many more books better fitted to the tv structure. 3. Looks WAYYYY to dramatic compared to the matter of fact / objective tone of the book. If anything it should focus on the life of the guy that stows away on the Overlord ship or something.

Punch Drunk Love is actually pretty good but that's about it really. I'm with rusty on this one, why do people like click? It's typical Adam Sandler shenanigans for most of the movie then gets a little sad towards the end. Is that why people like it? That's not a very good reason. Besides, Click is pretty much a shitty version of A Wonderful Life without the Christmas charm

Confession: I've only seen Alien and Aliens. Sort of scared of watching the rest because I know what happens at the start of 3 and I don't want shitty sequels to ruin for me two of my favorite films.

Don't expect a big budget version of those comics any time soon.
