I'm thinking LV-426 was the "paradise" David was talking about at the end of Prometheus, and the crashed ship there is the one Shaw took, but there happened to be some black goo onboard that started to turn the Engineers into Xenomorphs. The Deacon will probably show up, having evolved into an Ultramorph. Kind of cool they're using the original opening. The way they described it in the making of sounded rather interesting.
