i find it kind of hard to get super hype about Idris knowing the gunslinger was almost Javier Bardem. like Idris is great and i'm sure he'll be good in it but that would have been the best

I don't care if Nolan has been doing pretty much the exact same thing the past few films because most of his films are pretty fun on the first watch and I'm a sucker for war films. Although, I do hope this one will actually hold up on rewatches and not have a million fucking plotholes and bs. Also Tom Hardy and Cillian Murphy are usually great to watch.
