Enh, it reeks of popcorn, and frankly the "original" had a quite a bit of that too. If they wanted to take it all the way back it would sure as hell not be on a blockbuster venue like it is.
What's with western movies lately The Hateful Eight The Ridiculous Shit, huh I mean Six The Magnificent Seven If it was part of a series of film I'd understand but it's like every film maker got the same memo
Maybe it's a running gag in reference to the old magnificent seven or the dirty dozen.
A few other pictures for those who might have missed:
All these pictures but can no one share a title

He is going to appear in Rogue One as Godzilla??!
First picture of Amazons The Tick reboot starring Peter Serafinowicz and Jackie Earle Haley and directed by Wally Pfister. Coming August 19th.
In a world where superheroes have been real for decades, an underdog accountant with zero powers comes to realize his city is owned by a global super villain long-thought dead. As he struggles to uncover this conspiracy, he falls in league with a strange blue superhero. The Tick stars Peter Serafinowicz (Guardians of the Galaxy), Griffin Newman (Vinyl), Jackie Earle Haley (Watchmen), Valorie Curry (House of Lies), Yara Martinez (Jane the Virgin) and Brendan Hines (Scorpion). The Tick is executive produced by Ben Edlund (Supernatural), Barry Josephson (Bones) and Barry Sonnenfeld (A Series of Unfortunate Events), directed by Wally Pfister (The Dark Knight), and written by Edlund. The Tick is a co-production with Sony Pictures Television.
Typically I'd write off a reboot like this, especially without Warbuton or the chin but that cast(Serafinowicz in particular is always fantastic) and director is more than enough to give it a shot
.
Boy that suit looks like ass.
Boy that suit looks like ass.
I think that's the point. The Tick is supposed to be an idiot in a dumb suit, so they made him exactly that.
After watching The Tick with Patrick Warburton, that new series doesn't look too good.
After watching The Tick with Patrick Warburton, that new series doesn't look too good.
anything warburton-less is going to look worse
What's with western movies lately The Hateful Eight The Ridiculous Shit, huh I mean Six The Magnificent Seven If it was part of a series of film I'd understand but it's like every film maker got the same memo
Theyre all blatant homages, parodies, or remakes of the original magnificent 7.
Theyre all blatant homages, parodies, or remakes of the original magnificent 7.
It's not like Magnificent Seven was ever "original" - it was nothing but an inferior remake.

I hearby apologise for claiming that Gal Gadot is a bad choice for Wonder Woman and saying "she'll never look like Wondy, not in a million years." Woah.
Well at least they brightened the color up a bit. Doesn't look as dreary as BvS.
I hearby apologise for claiming that Gal Gadot is a bad choice for Wonder Woman and saying "she'll never look like Wondy, not in a million years." Woah.
it's half of a silhouetted face
friendly daily reminder before yall lull yourselves into thinking its hack snyder-free, he co-wrote the movie
He's the co-author of the story that this film is based on, he didn't touched the script. That's a surprisingly huuuuuge difference.
She seems awfully skinny for Wonder Woman.
just logged onto Netflix to see bojack s3 has dropped. yoooo
it's half of a silhouetted face
I was talking in general. She looks the part. [sp]Though the blue eyes would be a nice touch[/sp] [t]http://i.imgur.com/dczn4pK.jpg[/t] [editline]22nd July 2016[/editline]
She seems awfully skinny for Wonder Woman.
Wonder Woman is not a She-Hulk, you know that right?
Batman v. Superman actually raised my hopes for Gal Gadot's performance as Wonder Woman (even though her role in that film's plot was tenuous, at best). She certainly looks and sounds good in the part.
Wonder Woman is not a She-Hulk, you know that right?
Oh I'm completely aware and all, I was just always under the impression she was slightly bigger/stronger.
As long as they don't pull the whole "weapons of men" bullshit that keeps appearing in the comics written by certain authors, then it might be okay.
As long as they don't pull the whole "weapons of men" bullshit that keeps appearing in the comics written by certain authors, then it might be okay.
I bet it will.
http://www.bbfc.co.uk/releases/dunkirk-filmtrailer Looks like it'll be attached to Jason Bourne. I should really get around to making a thread for this soon.
