fucking yessss I love me some nature documentaries and Planet Earth is by far the best one ever.
Wow, you wouldn't think sloths swim.
Planet Earth blew me away and I didn't even know that they were working on new documentaries. Fucking hyped.

-snip, already released
Another Nicolas Cage movie.
Looks better than the last couple Nic Cage movies tbh
Benecio Del Toro has exited the new Predator movie. http://www.comingsoon.net/movies/news/775431-benicio-del-toro-predator He's already been replaced by Boyd Holbrook from Narcos, but still, this sucks
Looks better than the last couple Nic Cage movies tbh
what ARE the last few nic cage movies? i haven't heard of anything since the sorcerer's apprentice
Can only imagine how this will look in 4k, if it does get a 4k release.
It has to, they've been pushing the fact it was shot in 4K.
Tonight I went to a Q&A with Greg Sestero and he showed the audience a trailer for an upcoming film that he's written and starring in. It's yet to be officially announced, he just wanted to see our reactions. I don't want to spoil the surprise so I'll just say that it's a dark comedy. Looks great, I'm excited to see it.
The official announcement is out, it's called Best F(r)iends. [t]http://i.imgur.com/Uu4NV6D.jpg[/t] It's a film starring Tommy Wiseau and Greg Sestero. I can't embed the trailer but it's available here.
what ARE the last few nic cage movies? i haven't heard of anything since the sorcerer's apprentice
The last one I could think of was that movie where he played a Scottish crusader in China with Hayden Christiansen and Dying of the Light, which he said not to see since the producers recut it without the Paul Schrader's consent. And looking at his filmography, he was also in Snowden, he's in a movie about the USS Indianapolis and another Paul Schrader movie called Mad Dog. [editline]12th October 2016[/editline] And he's been in twenty movies since The Sorcerer's Apprentice, five of them in 2016 alone
I'm fucking excited! It's looking beautiful. That shot of the Death Star cresting the horizon with the mirage effect at the base is phenomenal!
jesus christ whose doing the cinematography to this? it looks breathtaking
Greig Fraser. I think it's more Gareth Edwards' direction though; Monsters and Godzilla were both visually very good.
If Star Wars is going to have a cinematic universe they are going to have to start doing stories without death stars at some point. A Star Wars story on the scale of something like Inglorious Bastards or even smaller, like Pulp Fiction, would be what I would want to see at this point. We have seen the space epic. All that being said, the trailer does look pretty dope and I'm arguably pretty hyped.
MTV is going to have a War of the Worlds TV series from the mind behind the Teen Wolf show Yeah. That's a thing now. A show based of The Tripods might be more fitting for MTV though
Greig Fraser. I think it's more Gareth Edwards' direction though; Monsters and Godzilla were both visually very good.
Yea didn't really enjoy Godzilla '14 that much but there were some wonderful sequences
the parts in the virtual world were shot where I live, and I personally know a lot of extras who took part in bigger/lesser roles. So it would be cool to watch just for that. Overall doesn't look that special though, to be honest.

Gore Verbinski (The Ring, Pirates of the Caribbean 1-3) is apparently making his return to horror
Looks intriguing. Intriguingly Shakespearean.

Gore Verbinski (The Ring, Pirates of the Caribbean 1-3) is apparently making his return to horror
Looks awesome but I still can't stand moody/oppressive covers of originally upbeat songs, it's just distracting
Deadpool 2 is now without a director. Apparently Ryan and Tim couldn't agree on where the sequel should go. pretty unexpected given how long they worked together to get the first film done. http://www.comingsoon.net/movies/news/778917-tim-miller-exits-deadpool-2-directors-chair#/slide/1 still has the same writers tho so that's good at least.
that doth suck.
Here's this
This came out 3 days ago, not late
It has been posted already in Videos subchannel, which is why you get late-rated.
Sony, desperate for a franchise hit, are fast tracking an Uncharted movie. Joe Carnahan wrote the latest draft, but is directing the third Bad Boys movie (and not focusing on White Jazz like he fucking should). Shawn Levy of the Night at the Museum franchise is directing instead. This isn't the first attempt at making an Uncharted movie, as David O Russell tried to do one with Marky Mark Wahlberg as Drake and the most recent attempt was Neil Druckmann helming the fourth game and injecting it with pretentiousness.
