To be fair NJPW has had a great 2 years now compared to TNA and WWE, the booking has been more consistent and the matches have been better (if you enjoy that style) whilst feeling fresh and new.
I do know how you feel though, the early 2000's were just constant forums filled with posts about NOAH, ROH and random indy companies which always over hyped everything.
Looking over /wooo/ quickly it does seem to be filled with memes. I stick with DVDVR/F4W Board/UKFF/FAN for my main forum rotation.
Anyway Devitts entrance was pretty good, I heard he is made up as Titan from some new Anime but I know nothing about anime.

They made it pretty obvious on Raw and with all the news that has been reported makes it seem like Batista is going to win unfortunately.
Goodjob WWE, you actually managed to get people to boo the royal rumble. On a serious note, it was alright. We knew Mr. Skinnyjeans was going to win so no surprise there. Aside from what happened with JBL and the ending the show all around was above average. I don't get what the hate was all about. No wonder WWE hates the IWC so much.
