I've been addicted to WWE lately, yesterday I watched 7 matches. My favorites are John Cena, Rey Mysterio and Daniel Bryan Really pissed about HHH's betrayal to DB with Orton on Sunday
Rey was fucking great in his prime, he's the reason I started to watch. Too bad his knees are so bad he can't do the stuff he used to. Even worse they dropped the ball on Sin Cara who I had high hopes for.

Orton being the corporate champion will be a nice change in direction for the WWE, especially having the McMahons heel again.

Yeah the rest of the year is gearing up to be great thanks to Cena and Sheamus being out, not because they suck (they don't) but because they have to change things up. Daniel Bryan's gonna go on a tear from now until the rumble with Randy, I reckon the inevitable Triple H/Bryan match will be surprisingly great, Trips always does well with little technicians. Even back then he was told not to jump off a curb by his doctors because his knees were that messed up. We're never gonna get another Rey or Eddie :(

Also, I miss Eddie like crazy, I remember when he passed I must have been like 11 in 2005 and I bawled my eyes out. I was lucky enough to see him perform in person at a house show against Lesnar.
Really pissed about HHH's betrayal to DB with Orton on Sunday
Seems like they are going in the right direction then. This storyline at the moment has been great, I just hope they don't drop Bryan from it.
Man I miss Dr. Thuganomics Cena. The WCW buyout happened and they couldn't take people on and Bryan wanted to travel the world. Chris Daniels and Samoa Joe had some tryouts, AJ Styles had some matches in WCW right at the death. All Pro even gets a mention, its where DB, Joe and Daniels worked a lot and trained.
Man why didn't this promo air on television
Wish they would wrestle already. Okay WWE we get it, Bray can cut a promo very good. Now let them wrestle normally already.

That thread is full of attitude era worshipers and it's almost impossible to talk to those kind of fans about today's wrestling, so I try not to use it much.

In my opinion, WWE has been pretty damn good for quite a while now.
It's a shame. In my opinion, WWE has been pretty damn good for quite a while now.
I think so too and it's really weird. WWE hasn't really been good since around 2009. I'm not used to WWE pulling off good shows week after week.
Jim Ross has retired from the WWE, sounds like he is going independent so he might do spots here and there but not too much from him. Apparently it's because of the fallout from the WWE 2k14 Q&A debacle where he didn't stop Ric Flair talking about his dead son (Reid Flair). His last appearance is on the Mid South DVD/Blu Ray.

In loving memory of JR.

The second JR left he became this generic commentator who reads the script word for word. I think it's time for a new set of commentators. Maybe keep Cole he still loves doing it.
JR will be missed.

I know he did something that pissed WWE off really bad, just don't know what exactly happened.
What exactly happened at the 2k14 Q&A with Flair? I know he did something that pissed WWE off really bad, just don't know what exactly happened.
He was drunk and was telling stories that included how he got John Cena to start drinking (Which pissed the WWE off as they want Cena's image to be clean) and he brought up TNA a little and basically ignored the game. There was a very touching story about how he put his Hall Of Fame ring on his sons casket at his funeral and Triple H had a new one made for Ric with his dead sons name on it. Basically he was fun and had great stories but you knew it would cause a problem despite the 2K people enjoying it. I think the thing that sealed it was Stephanie McMahon came out and apologized to the crowd after. Flair comes in at 1 hour 2 min http://www.twitch.tv/2k/c/2769500 Flair was on Austins podcast the night after so I recommend checking it out as they just get drunk and have a great time. Oddly I find the MLW podcast with Konnan great if you can get past him saying Iran and BOOM every other sentence.

Flair really messed up. It was still pretty funny though, but understandable why WWE got so mad.

It's a good site for streams, but that chat is awful. The admins are unfair cunts.
