I've been rewatching season 1 and am on the last ep, and I completely forgot about the family who left the group instead of going to the CDC. Does anyone know what happened to them? Have they appeared again in the show without me realising?
Any episode without Darryl is terrible and boring, duh.
pretty sure my mother or sister will cry if Daryl dies they have a walking dead calender for 2014, and put it on Daryl(July) even when it's January now I know why I watch shows alone
Any episode without Darryl is terrible and boring, duh.
I want him to die painfully and horribly just so his awful fans can see it.
Daryl was ruined by the annoying fans. He's a decent character otherwise.
Daryl is a victim of something called secondary victimization. The annoying fans commited a crime on Daryl. Now he's getting blamed for their crime (Jesus, what a dick, he could at least metahumorically mention the stupidity of the fans, didn't even try to shield himself), even though he never did anything despicable. This concludes our sociological insertion...
Honestly the Daryl-fan haters seem to be way more vocal than Daryl-fans.
It's funny how that in the comics [sp]I was so sad to see them leave the prison.[/sp] But, in the show [sp]I couldn't wait for them to get the fuck out.[/sp]
It's funny how that in the comics [sp]I was so sad to see them leave the prison.[/sp] But, in the show [sp]I couldn't wait for them to get the fuck out.[/sp]
That's because we've seen the prison for a year and a half, where in the comics we saw a lot less of it. Not only that but in the comics, shit was ramped up to near 100% every issue, but in the show we've had a lot of slow and filler episodes
idk how you people who hated a season and a half of the prison are going to react when they get to the safe zone equivalent in the show
I've been all caught up on the comics for awhile now, so I started a new series to fill in the gaps between the releases. They have the exact same release schedule at the moment.. fuck me right?
idk how you people who hated a season and a half of the prison are going to react when they get to the safe zone equivalent in the show
Yeah we're looking at upwards of four seasons in one location. Get ready guys.
Yeah, they've been at the safe zone for over 60 issues now, I think. The prison arc alone in the comics was about 25 and the farm was only a couple issues, but somehow got turned into a full season of the show. So yeah, if they stay faithful to the comics and don't have the place taken over right away, we could be looking at another couple seasons in the same place, at least 3.
Which is fine Imo. They added a guy who is suppose to play a major role this second half that isn't part of the comics. I think they should do more things different like having new storylines but still go back to the comic story eventually.
Yeah we're looking at upwards of four seasons in one location. Get ready guys.
Get ready for filler from the comic volumes that had some of the worst filler in the series!
Did you guys see that they're going to make a spinoff of The Walking Dead and a parody movie of The Walking Dead. Had no idea.

I had heard about the spinoff, the parody is a new one though.

That movie sounds terrible, but this spinoff is an intriguing idea... [sp]Rise of the Governor, anyone?[/sp]
Considering it seems a large base of the fans don't like him for some reason I'd doubt it, also I'm not convinced Morrissey would really want to to do it
Sure would be something, though, huh?
a parody movie? oh god..
I'm a little concerned for some time in February (can't disclose date) when Abraham comes on. Apparently there's going to be like paparazzi at our house and shit.
'Where is Carl' jokes: the movie.
Featuring Hershel Leg jokes
Featuring Hershel Leg jokes
Probably also a lot of 'Daryl so badass huurrr' jokes.
