Bravo, Nolan!
well it's an obvious thing, i just think it's good as a nice little summary.
I really wasn't a fan of this little section of the comics, so I wasn't super excited about this episode. But it was much better than I was expecting. Next week looks hella crazy though.
carl really took a hard hit there
this kid is such a badass compared to clementine from the twd-game
this kid is such a badass compared to clementine from the twd-game
is this sarcasm
this kid is such a badass compared to clementine from the twd-game
lmfao
I'm sorry but I prefer Clementine
'Shane thaught me, remember him?' 'Yeah I do, remember Dale?' Although I can understand why Carl was such a dick, I still think he's a dick.
Hey guys simple question, what happened to Rick's phone? I swear he put it in a bag but maybe it's just my imagination. Either way I don't think he took it with him out of the prison, but in the comic he did. I just can't remember what happened on the tv series with that.
the show did the phone part completely different rick didn't find it until after the prison, would be about now actually in the show, seeing as how lori was killed by the gov's army.
I didn't really care for the way the show did the phone part
the show did the phone part completely different rick didn't find it until after the prison, would be about now actually in the show, seeing as how lori was killed by the gov's army.
Yes, I know, what I meant was that he took it with him on his journey and it was an ongoing thing in the comics, while in the series it was just a one time thing, but I swear he put it in the bag (I cannot remember well), making it seem like the writers intended to do something with it later and then completely forgot about that. Also, covers for issues 121-126 are pretty spoiler-ish, but if you've already seen them: [sp]Negan is getting his ass handed to him[/sp]. I mean it was pretty obvious, but knowing the comics it could easily go both ways actually. The cover just gives a general idea and it's not always true.

I thought Rick was having a nightmare and Carl was just his brain punishing him :v: You don't go saying stuff like that to your father unless you're a really bad person.
I didn't really care for the way the show did the phone part
"lets rush through all of rick's character development in one episode LOL"
I feel like a lot of you expect carl to be a mature old man. Have you ever met a kid before?
Have you ever met a kid before?
Yes, they're annoying.
where is daryl and the explosions where is gun fights and gun battles what is this bullshit character development of main characters fuck man millions of people watch this shit! In all seriousness though, I enjoyed the episode. For those of you that didn't, keep watching? I guess? Or give it up. Although, there were a fuck ton of god damn commercials.
I'll say what I said earlier in this thread, they keep a show runner for more than 2 weeks and the consistency will become apparent. Let's see if they can maintain it until the end of Season 5 at least. I really do think 4 has been rather excellent. Although, mid seasons finales are stupid. I know there are people that think the UK should make more than 6 episodes at a time for some shows, but there's a reason for it: it allows more time to write it properly. I feel like we're in Season 5 instead of 4.5 of TWD though, so maybe it makes sense in this case.
Yeah I agree. The midseason finale felt more like a season finale since there was a dramatic change from then to this most recent episode.
I can't understand why he was such a dick. I thought Rick was having a nightmare and Carl was just his brain punishing him :v:
His father lead the group for like two/three years, they were finally in a safe place, and then the gov came, and destroyed everything. Carl also remembers that Rick was one on one with the gov, and could've easily killed him and stopped the prison from getting destroyed.

How the fuck did [sp] Michonne manage to walk around those walkers without them noticing her?[/sp]
How the fuck did [sp] Michonne manage to walk around those walkers without them noticing her?[/sp]
Apparently you mask your scent by having two of them around you. I honestly dont think it would work, but at least its been explained a few times. Happened in the 2nd episode kinda, Michonne did it before, Andrea did it too
I've been waiting all fucking 4 seasons for what is about to happen next episode. Comic: [sp]Eugene![/sp]
I remember that. Something about disabling their desire to feed and keeping them close makes them almost like some kind of guard dogs, so the rest don't bother with you or something. I don't know, I'm no expert.

I haven't watched ANY of this series. on a scale of 1-10 how much am I missing out.

7.8 - it's not brilliant and as well thought out as Breaking Bad, it sometimes suffers from terrible pacing, unnecessary fillers and logical mistakes or just dumb scenes. But when it gets going, it's fucking amazing.
