I was thinking [sp]Is Beth taking Dale's role from the comic?[/sp]
[sp]Beth eaten by cannibals, that be pretty grusome.[/sp]
[sp]Beth eaten by cannibals, that be pretty grusome.[/sp]
Oh jeez, I remember that part. I wish the TV series followed that bit, to be honest. Also, the preview clip for next week's episode had the song "Maybe" by The Ink Spots playing in the background. Fallout 1's intro music! All it was missing was a narration by Ron Perlman.
[sp]Beth eaten by cannibals, that be pretty grusome.[/sp]
It seems like where they're going and all.. But I really like her growth. also some tid bits about tonight (comic spoilers) [sp] I know those are most likely the group of people who were in the house with Rick, but it would be great if they were apart of terminus aka Negan's group. [/sp] for the scene on next week from the talking dead [sp] That HAS to be the little crazy girl. Shes PLAYING with a walker. I wonder if carol is going to let her die, or show her that walkers aren't to be played with by letting her get bit or almost get bit. Thats what my guess is from the two scenes [/sp] Also episode 15 has this description: [sp] Survivors rely on brutality and faith. [/sp] so my guess is [sp] Beth's leg did get hurt so it might lead to what happens in the comics. But I think off that description Daryl + Rick as this is probably the same group, are going to destroy these guys for potentially killing Beth... Apparently there was a cross on the back of the car that took her. idk im so excited for the 15th episode. [/sp] [editline]10th March 2014[/editline] Actually now that I think about it The guy I posted a picture of [sp] Probably took Beth, he told her to get in because of all the walkers, but wouldn't wait for Daryl so they left. They're just making it look bad, but really he's the Gabriel of the show. and Beth falls in love with him, because apparently he has a choice to become a season 5 regular. [/sp]
[sp]where the fuck did you get the idea that terminus is Negan's group?[/sp]
That scene with the gravestone was weird as shit. Like, they're just walking and BOOM. Sad music honor the dead dandelion bouquet for random dead guy.
I liked this episode, really excited to see what happens with Beth and Daryl for once.
Good episode, I miss Rick though, its been ages since we have seen him
I've said it before and I'll say it again. This is a really violent TV show, but there's still things they're not going to have on it. [sp]Beth is definitely not going to get raped[/sp]
Way better than last weeks, they've redeemed themselves from that atrocity
That 40 minutes went by terribly quick, a lot quicker than last weeks. Here's to hoping the next 3 are going to be fantastic as well.
So, no one has even tried to get a car to work? Surely it would be a lot faster than to walk all the way
So, no one has even tried to get a car to work? Surely it would be a lot faster than to walk all the way
When you really think about it, this late into an apocalypse, getting a random car on the street working would probably be pretty difficult, and even if they did, it's not necessarily better due to the presence of other big, organized groups.
For some reason, I really think whoever picks the songs for this show, has got their shit together. They always pick great songs, that I want to try and find as soon as I hear them. [editline]10th March 2014[/editline]
So, no one has even tried to get a car to work? Surely it would be a lot faster than to walk all the way
The way I think about it, is that gas can pretty much diminish over time inside of a car. Since it's about two years now, in? I think? I highly doubt there are many cars with much remaining fuel, or even things that work about them. Then again, cars can be pretty nifty about that sort of thing. It also attracts a lot of attention. Also, even Abraham was unable to keep his truck safe from a 'very smart scientist'. So I doubt that a car would stay safe from bandit groups.

[sp]Beth is definitely not going to get raped[/sp]
For some reason I think she's safe. However I think [sp] Daryl may die because of the group he's in. They're obviously going to go against at least Rick's subgroup. Being that the guy who seen rick under the bed is in that group. Apparently one of these 8 is suppose to be more controversial than anything they've done.[/sp]
This episode felt less like filler this time. I'm happy they're back to going back and forth between different survivor groups. Only thing that hasn't fluctuated between disappointing and great is the soundtrack. Whoever is picking these tracks has their shit together.
Although I didn't really mind the episodes that focused solely on one of the sub-groups (Beth and Darryl for example,) this last episode was a much better way to do things. Jumping back and forth between the groups leaves room for character development while at the same time not getting bogged down with just a small portion of the cast.
Wow, looking through my older posts and on page 79 I said this.
Fuck I just had a thought, [sp]Now that they're all split up, what if Tyreese meets up with Carol somewhere along the road and doesn't know anything because Rick didn't get the chance to tell him? Then when they finally meet up Rick is all like "Well this is awkward".[/sp]
That's [sp]a badass gang of hunters[/sp]
My favorite song by Waxahatchee on The Walking Dead? Yes, please.
That scene with the gravestone was weird as shit. Like, they're just walking and BOOM. Sad music honor the dead dandelion bouquet for random dead guy.
It said "beloved father" and Beth's dad just died
There was even a detailed shot dedicated to that. How come so many people missed it?
There was even a detailed shot dedicated to that. How come so many people missed it?
I really thought that was one of the easier subtle hints in a TV series.
When you really think about it, this late into an apocalypse, getting a random car on the street working would probably be pretty difficult, and even if they did, it's not necessarily better due to the presence of other big, organized groups.
Gas loses its properties in about a year, you can use some additives to make it last maybe 6 months extra. Realistically, nobody should be able to use any petrol cars. Diesel doesn't have that problem.
I wouldn't want to use anything that needs constant resupply if I was them. The sooner you get over dependency on cars in the post apocalypse the better. Plus I'd want to sneak up on that place they're going, in case it's another Woodbury. There aren't many people driving around, which makes you stick out to anyone within visual or hearing distance if you're driving. Daryl uses a bow, because he can recover arrows. Dependency on guns has led Maggie's group to be much more vulnerable than if they had long ago switched to other weapons.
Fallout 3 dlc confirmed.
Bob is not T-Dogg v5. He's T-Drunk. Get it right, people.
walking dead has to follow the rule of one black guy per season seeing as how tyreese has outlived his comic counterpart it's safe to say he's a 100% red shirt but bob is as well so it's either 4dog or 5dog in the end and then the subsequent return of morgan when they all meet up at terminus
Wow, looking through my older posts and on page 79 I said this.
Wow looking through my older posts I said it first then also made a post about how I was right:
CAROL THEORY [sp]I think she's going to end up with Tyreese. He went with those two girls, and Rick/Darryl never finished telling Ty that Carol was the killer. It would create a lot of tension for Carol and the viewers, with Tyreese being in the dark about the whole thing (is that racist?).[/sp]
(just saying)
I know Daryl was pissy at the dog interrupting his darylxbeth time, but he couldn't have looked through the gaps in the boards on the door's window? If the dog is barking, wouldn't you be slightly more cautious than normal? I saw the walkers moving behind the glass in those gaps before he opened it
^not to mention the dog obviously getting silenced meant there was something threatening outside
