You have to admit though that being unable to fit in the previous society has nothing to do with fitting into the new world they are in. In other words, he [i]could[/i] be just as miserable now as he was then, but he's not. Shane was fitting in well in the previous society, and yet he made the jump to this new world really fast compared to Rick for example.
I think you are not giving the guy enough credit if you think his comfort just comes from seeing the mainstream's lives ruined while he doesn't care. He's proactive, he's molding himself and his group to own this new world.

the tv show is not as brave as the game when it comes to showing truly horrifying shit, so i doubt that will happen. One of the many reasons i prefer the game over the tv-show

There is a lot you can criticize about this show in every episode. But that road leads you where? Nowhere. If you're going to watch you might as well focus on the stuff that's good and enjoy the ride.
This doesn't apply to an episode that is flat out boring, or something obviously stupid of course. Just to the idea that nonstop nitpicking is any way to watch a tv show.

Rick will probably arrive after running into Daryl again, go into Terminus and see things that used to belong to Glen or somebody and immediately wonder what the fuck is going on. Maybe his riot gear or Hershel's pocket watch. I think this series will end without us finding out what happened to Glen's group and Beth but heavily imply they're gone. We'll probably find out what happened to that Sam guy too. They were just too happy for it to play any other way. [sp]claimers find rick's group, some guy from claimers finds carl, goes to carl, carl wakes up from the talking and footsteps of claimers and guy does takes carl's pants off and carl screams, rick wakes up, tries to kill guy but fails, michonne sneaks to where rick is held up, rick snaps and screams and hits the guy holding carl, wins but gets restrained by guy 2, guy 1 then takes carl but is stopped by daryl.
