Most likely October like last time.
I'm 15 minutes into the episode. My faith was just restored in the show. Holy shit that was badass.
i wish amc was allowed to let Rick say the fuck word just for that final scene
Fucking America.
Rape and gore is allowed, saying what everybody says daily is inappropriate.
I haven't read the comics, are they fairly canon to the tv series? I've read the first few and theres minor differences, I mean I know [sp]Carol's husband wasn't there, Darryl and T-Dog don't exist in the comics etc[/sp], is there a certain point I can skip up to?
Good episode, but didn't feel like a season finale.
Damn I love how much they're taking from the comics. The Mad-Rick scene and the ending line.
Holy fuck [sp]Terminus people are getting it up their ass, and I'm going to enjoy it so much[/sp]. Shame about the long wait though.

You should read all the comics. The tv show follows the basics but the rest is quite different.
I'm more convinced that the termites [sp]worship walkers or some voodoo shit, because that cage full of bloody skeletons looked more like a feeding pen to me[/sp].
i haven't read the comics, so i'm surprised to hear talk of how fucked the Terminus people are
what should i be expecting from the group and Rick, on a scale of skinny-nerd-getting-sand-kicked-in-his-face to arnold-schwarenegger-in-Commando?

Exactly this.
I just started reading the comics. Even though the basic plot points are the same, it's different enough to still be able to surprise me now and then.
Currently up to Issue 20 I think (I've got compendium one, so I'm not 100% sure on the number)
Absolutely worth reading from the start.
I think this has been mentioned before, but does anyone else think that Beth[sp]wasn't kidnapped by people from Terminus? I don't remember seeing it, but apparently, when she was abducted, her backpack was left behind so the people that took her may not have had the best intentions. I don't know how long Rick and company are going to stay cooped up in Terminus, but I'm willing to bet that they'll escape with the help of another group (perhaps the one that took Beth?) that hopefully Tyreese and Carol run into before reaching Terminus.[/sp]

[sp]If they had good intentions, you'd think they would have taken the bag. Having it laying on the ground with all its contents scattered makes it look like there was a struggle[/sp]

No, she wasn't [sp]kidnapped by terminus. How would it make sense for Termites to go out of their community and steal somebody when they seem to just prey on the people who seek refuge there?[/sp]

If you're current to the show you could probably just start with Compendium 2 or volume 9 or issue 49. However you miss alot of the unique character relations and different story arcs from the comics if you do that and I don't recommend it.

a scene so graphic that it wasnt even drawn in the comics
if you want to get into the comics, seriously just start from the beginning. there are still plenty of differences that will keep you on the edge of your seat like the show did or tried. it's also way more graphic, brutal and down-to-earth.
also they aren't at hershel's farm for more than a few issues, andrea isn't a retard and tyreese is the shit.
Start from the beginning in the comics.
also Terminus didn't exist in the comics.
(comic spoilers)
[sp] Much like the marauders getting a story coming across Rick, I think eventually Terminus will turn into the hunters, but this whole Terminus thing never existed in the comics. [/sp]
more crazy theories for season 5, show/comic spoilers as well
[sp]tyreese and carol break into terminus to help rick & co. escape, massive gunfight ensues, carol dies with judith (much like lori did in the comics), tyreese gets bitten, captured and the surviving cannibals feast on him, not before getting out the infected meat line, sorry i really loved that part and it made me sad that they killed dale prior to it. that'd be the first half. for the second half, all of a sudden fucking beth appears with gabriel and the church folk, and the group continues to DC in hopes of getting eugene to where he needs to be, only that particular bump on the log comes around in the finale, or season 6 when they make it to alexandria.[/sp]
[sp]Had a friend point out that in the show Rick tells Carl to not name the pigs, because it makes it harder to eat them when the time comes, thought it was a good little connection between that and Terminus, because they called them by nicknames.[/sp]

[sp]Replace Tyreese with Bob and that's exactly how I think it'll go down to..[/sp]
that's even better, since he's a show character, and tbh i wouldn't want him to become 5dog
I still don't know the significance of that [sp]random guy with the glasses in the woods. In both the comics and the show he just kinda is there and can TOTALLY run away but just takes it right to the face.[/sp] Is it to show that people who wear glasses survived?
Walking Dead is just more evidence that British actors can portray Americans better than Americans.

[sp]well in the comics they actually show it was a suicide by walker scenario[/sp]

[sp]I was thinking the same thing. It wouldnt make sense to leave out human bones (and apparently nothing but human bones) in an open fenced off yard smack in the middle of the base, when their entire gimmick is luring in people with trust and promises. Maybe the show doesnt follow real world logic like that, but it still nags me.[/sp]
Also: [sp]Did I hear people crying for help by the red containers they ran past in Terminus?[/sp]
[sp]well in the comics they actually show it was a suicide by walker scenario[/sp]
[sp]Yeah but why was he calling for help then?[/sp] Eh he was probably taking a dump and then they snuck up on him. Since his car was full of a bunch of stuff.
Faith in show restored. Even though I knew what was coming, the second half of the episode was intense as fuck.

[sp] Probably when you walk in is the last time you're actually "free". They take you around that area, and then rob you and put you in a container. [/sp]
Also the guy [sp] It could be seen as they are "Too Far Gone" where they don't even bother helping random people anymore [/sp]
