Scene was perfect, it showed just how Negan's mind works. It's all just a game to him, etc.

I don't really hate any of the characters. it's hard to find fault in them in such a fucked up world, after all.
But that being said, I think Eugene is written/casted quite poorly.

eugene is practically his comic self
if anything, i'd say i like sasha the least, she has no purpose
bob as well, i feel like they were tacked on to balance the black/white ratio to make audiences happy
I agree on Sasha. Bob is at least a little bit interesting, imo moreso than Tyreese.
I can't say I cared for Bob until the episode where they show how they found him. He may not be as interesting as other characters but by the end of the episode I was really hoping Maggie and Sasha would catch up to him. He's a good guy.
Compared to comic Tyreece, TV Tyreece is really bland

TV show Tyrese hasn't really had a chance to do DO anything, partly due to joining the cast at such a strange time in the storyline. In the comics he was a well established character during the prison arc. We may see Tyreese do something that matters in season 5 or we may just see him die horribly, jury is out there.

In the comic some of his stuff is better handeld, like the entire hammer scene.
It wasn't just him staying behind and then after 5 minutes popping out of a bush like 'hey guys I'm still here', he also had a better reason to go apeshit
IMO they shouldn't have even bothered introducing Tyrese during the middle of the show's prison arc since he wasnt there from the beginning and just have held him off until after and overlapped his story stuff into Alexandria or just have not done him since they missed their chance.
