jesus christ you guys are about to kill yourselves
i wanted the governor to die but that wasnt very dissapointing
quit overreacting
Read the comics and tell me that. In the comics, EVERYTHING happens at the big shootout at the prison. Nothing happened tonight, nothing important anyway. Boohoo [sp]Andrea died[/sp], [sp]Merle dying was much sadder and had more impact[/sp]
It definitely didn't help that the Governor and Woodbury wasn't actually introduced until three episodes in. A lot of wasted time in this season IMO.

The show isn't like the comics.
The show isn't like the comics.
They should have kept that ONE big event though.
While I agree this shouldnt have been the season finale, I really liked this episode.
Carl is being a little douche again.
Rick, it's time to bring out the beatings.
Talking Dead is actually good
"RIP Beth Finally Kills a Walker Walker"
I don't know about you guys, this was a disappointing season final.
Yeah, I liked it but I think it under delivered on the hype.
[sp]I was hoping for a big hour long shoot out. Like I imagined the place being swarmed with people, the group retreating, pure and utter chaos.
Instead it was like run in, oh shit gotta go, retreat, then a massacre.[/sp]
Season 3 is the worst season yet. Things are essentially the same as they were in the beginning. Absofuckinglutely nothing happened yet they have a bunch of walker kills and everyone suddenly thinks the show is insanely good now, and better than season 2. No, Season 2 was fucking awesome with real drama and compelling characters. I don't know what happened to the writing but it has taken a fucking nosedive in season 3 and the finale was awful. I thought MAYBE shit actually happening would interest me but like 26 of the 27 deaths were off-screen and entirely inconsequential. [sp]No one is going to miss Andrea.[/sp]
God wow I'm pissed. I mean, it was a good episode. It was NOT a fucking season finale. [sp] literally NOTHING was wrapped up. The insanity thing I guess? And Tyreese joined the group. Those were the only things they wrapped up. Then they fucking cliffhangered SOME MORE. They really fucked up with this one. Even skipped an entire section of the comics everyone was looking forward to, and instead replaced it with "oh no 2 people in armor everyone run". [/sp]
Like I said, I mean, good EPISODE, it's not supposed to be JUST LIKE the comics, but for fucks sake man, it just seems so cheap. So disappointing. Uhg.
Also, they went to the prison because they know it better. They can just bring in supplies from Woodbury and stay in the prison that they've already set up and know the layout of.
If Facepunch had control over this show, they'd just kill everyone off the next episode that they're introduced
"11/10 it's okay"
I don't know why, but I thought [sp]Andrea was going to shoot Michonne[/sp]

stop watching it then
[sp]The Governor is broken now. His army is dead or scattered. The residents of Woodbury are gone. The few men who are still loyal to him are so scared they barely wanna crawl into the truck with him. He has nothing now.
He's just gonna be an angry, pissed off, shitty man. However, I wonder what his ultimate fate will be. I suppose that will be touched upon next season. But as far as I know, he has no more power.[/sp]
Then you realize, the governor probably shot Martinez and Shupert as soon as he found the place empty
RIP Mexican Darthmaul and RastaFasta.
i don't know if it's just me, but coming from someone that reads the comics, this was a pretty good episode/finale, there's bunch of interesting deviations to work from here

If they kept the pace of season 2, the season finale would be Andrea and Michonne arriving at Woodbury.
This finale was fantastic, it didn't need insane violence and battles. I loved it.
Season 2 was shit
Season 2 had the stuff with Rick and Shane, though. 18 Miles Out is STILL the best episode of the show.
THE BIG DEATH LIST. SPOILERS BELOW.
[sp]1. Milton
2. Woodbury Crony (the kid Carl shot)
3. Woodbury Crony (Governor’s massacre)
4. Woodbury Crony (Governor’s massacre)
5. Woodbury Crony (Governor’s massacre)
6. Woodbury Crony (the guy Tyreese almost threw into the pit; Governor’s massacre)
7. Andrea (I was actually surprised at this one)
8-29. Walkers. I was afraid they would include them on the list.[/sp]
I want to know[sp]where the gov. was when Rick and co rescued Karen, got into Woodbury, and found Andrea.[/sp]
I liked the episode but they didn't even give us something to look forward to next season. [sp] also I wish Glenn or Maggie would've taken out at least one person during the siege. [/sp]
[sp]the kid carl shot. He was the son of the woman Rick found...[/sp]
oh shit
AM i the only one feeling unsatisfied with that ending? I expected a lot more dying...
Did the guy say that it wasn't going to end in a cliffhanger? I'd say the governor and psycho Carl are some pretty damn big cliffhangers.
