Don't antagonize me, I'm just saying that some people will enjoy the "nothing" parts and some won't, that doesn't make them pointless. Plenty of shows have downtime for character development and interaction, and if you don't want to watch that or don't like how the show does it that's fine, but calling it "filler" and moving on isn't really a good argument against the show. I quite like some of the slower parts in shows like this and other things.

He's gotten some pretty ridiculous moments in the comics and show both. In the comics he's off-screen but apparently kills a dozen or so zombies with a hammer and isn't bit. Fans criticized that scene.
