So I think (old comic spoilers)[sp]Tyreese is gonna die like Dale from the comics eventually. Him or Bob, but Bob won't have the same impact unless they develop him more.[/sp] At least I wish that would happen, that scene was sick.
Carol may be badass, but let's not forget Rick. [sp]Taking out two armed butchers with a fucking wood chip, then killing half a dozen guards after stealing one of their guns. Rambo would be jealous.[/sp]

Iunno man. She did basically shoot a little girl in the back of the head. She also did entrap a guy and made him her bitch. She also had a bulls eye shot with a firecracker, then invaded Terminus with a cloak of zombie guts on her. She also shot several guards. She took out the deranged older woman with slight of hand. She then made it out of a infested horded area of zombies. Then Rick gave HER a hug.
Then again, Rick did bite off a dudes neck. So...
Rick was full on vengeance that episode. He just wanted to kill anyone he could and even go back and kill them some more. He just doesn't give a shit about any slight morality that may still exist in the world, which is why he's fucking badass to watch.
Not going back to kill them is going to bite them in the ass.
I'm anxiously awaiting [sp]"YOU'RE EATING TAINTED MEAT!"[/sp] They've gone to great lengths to establish [sp]cannibals[/sp] in the plot, so hopefully, it'll happen.

[sp]"They don't get to live."[/sp] was my favourite line of the episode.
To be honest I could really see [sp]Tyreece say that line[/sp]
Good start for a season I think.
I think some zombie-deaths were bad though. The very first zombie-death where someone's face got gnawed while he was on the ground, it looked terrible. Basically, the two faces touched, zombie and the vic's, and blood streamed evenly across the vic's face. It just looked off.
Also, I wanted to ask about the comic. For example, [sp]Did Carol & and the black guy also execute the teenage girl? And did she kill her own sister in the comics as well?[/sp]
-snip, I was wrong, look below for the right explanation-

I had immediate thoughts of Woodbury and [sp]how they should finished the job the first time around? I forgot, did the Governor escape or something at the end of season four?[/sp]

[sp]He got stabbed and shot in the head, it'd be pretty fucking miraculous if he escaped.[/sp]

Just finished watching the episode.
Is there a reason we're dismissing the guy at the end as Negan? Judging by the hairstyle and attitude alone it seems pretty damn likely.

Oh well okay. I didn't see it as tattoos, just thought his face was muddy.

Andrea however is a complete bad ass instead of a wimp[/sp]
Also it's pretty evident by now that TV Carol = Comic Andrea, and kinda vise versa. However, comic: [sp]I doubt Rick and Carol will get together, she's obviously going to end up with Daryl and lets be honest, he wont be killed off[/sp]
Alright so I'm checking the titles and synopsysis of the upcoming episodes and I wouldn't rule out [sp]Negan showing up this season[/sp]
Episode 3, "Four Walls and a Roof" synopsis:
[sp]"Rick and the others find themselves pitted against a group of nasty people, but may have a plan to gain the upper hand."[/sp]
Sounds like this could very well be the comicbook [sp]Hunters[/sp]. Maybe [sp]Gabriel[/sp] will be introduced here?
Episode 4, "Slabtown" synopsis:
[sp]"Things seem safe at last, but there is a bit of a menace for another group of survivors. Another group of survivors is introduced, and although things appear safe and nice, there is a bit of a dark side."[/sp]
Sounds like an almost exact description of the comicbook [sp]Alexandria[/sp].
And that's only 4 episodes in. I'd say there's potential.

Episode 2 is when they introduce [sp] Gabriel [/sp]
I feel like episode 3 is most likely [sp] The beginning of the hunter story arc, as they reach the church in episode 2 [/sp]
Episode 4 could be [sp] Rick is the menace to the hunters as he deals with them, making things safe at last. Plus I think we'll see where Beth is as the other group of people. [/sp]

The guy with the tattoos on his head, was the same guy at the end of the episode.

"Slabtown or Slab Town was a red-light district established in Atlanta in the 1840s, and located off Decatur Street (on the present site of Grady Memorial Hospital).
Largely built with abandoned concrete plates used in construction, called slabs. This wicked development was of great annoyance to the good citizens of Atlanta, as crimes were often committed there, and many of the young men fell into bad habits from frequenting Slab Town. In these places, occurred scenes of debauchery and indecency that shocked the moral sense of the community."
Gonna go ahead and stop the [sp]Negan[/sp] speculation this season because it isn't happenin.
Please do not read further down past this if you don't want some spoilers about key stuff in the future of THIS season:
[sp]They've built an Alexandria set to be used until 2019. They've currently been filming on it for the 2nd half of the season. Episode 4 is most likely going to be beth centered as the name slabtown lines up with the fact they showed Beth was at some kind of hospital in the trailer for this season. The trailer scenes with the car chases also kind of seemed like it was in Atlanta.[/sp]

This episode really surprised me in ways I wasn't expecting.
I really hope Negan doesn't show up this season, seems way too soon
