I knew that [sp]Bob would bite it[/sp] (pun not intended) sooner or later, my dad and I have almost literally been chanting[sp] that he'd die for a few episodes now, but once he started to get attention and develop as a character, not to mention getting the girl in this specific episode I knew it would happen.[/sp]
[sp]Also I'm getting the feeling that Martin will kill someone in the coming episode(s) because Tyreese spared him.[/sp]
[sp]Also, also this whole Hunter group is pretty stupid so far, "Some other group did bad shit to us so we became murdering satan-worshipping cannibals."[/sp] Totally legit explanation.

Well the group [sp] Was stuck in the train carts, the females were getting raped, the men beaten. So when they broke free and got in control Gareth probably thought of what he could do to get back at them, possibly cook them alive.
I'm going to use bob as an example, they probably ate the people who had them captured infront of each other, at first they probably questioned it, but when people do horrible, horrible things to the people you love, you would probably seek revenge. [/sp]
Accidentally read a comic spoiler that wasn't labelled as a comic spoiler and now I know something I wish I didn't.
How accurate is the show based on the comic?
my speculation on the next few 'sodes
[sp]If the hunter arc is not wrapped up next episode then we'll probably have a short break from it for 1-2 episodes and then return to it and finish it off and then probably the beth crap will merge with the rest of the crap until the mid-season[/sp]
Who else here HATES Eugene and Tara? At least in the series, don't know about comics.
Wish they died as soon as possible. OR if Eugene just stopped sounding stupid every time he talks, and if he stopped walking like a fucking robot, it would be okay.
Well, it's accurate in some ways and totally different in others. What did you have spoiled for you?
[sp]Judith dying[/sp]
it goes without saying that this is a comic spoiler I guess
Ehhhhh
I dunno, it could go either way with how it happened in the comic, but it happened a while ago in the story.
Ok wait I decided to google it since I already spoiled myself.
[sp]Judith dies by the Governor in the comic, but is still alive in the tv show.[/sp] I guess I assumed the show was taking closely after the comic which I shouldn't have. So in the end I didn't spoil myself because I'm never going to read the comic anyway.

[sp]Well yeah, torturing, mutilating and killing them as revenge is all good but the part about fooling other people there and EATING them seems a little out of the blue for me. Especially since Terminus had so many people, like 15-30 and all of them agreeingly being murdering cannibals? Of course it's zombie apocalypse and stranger things have happened in real life but I find it barely plausible.[/sp]

Actually it's not [sp]the Governor who kills Judith and Lori. It's a woman named Llily. And correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it's the same Lilly that appears in Telltale's game.[/sp]

[sp]She was retconned into being a different Lilly by Kirkman, there's a book out about the comic Lilly called road to woodbury iirc though.[/sp]
Kirkman himself said it wasn't the same person, but come ooooooon, they have the same first and last name, not to mention that they've both got air force backgrounds.
Im almost certain it is the same person but Kirkman though to himself that he could do it better once the game came out so retconned it.

Personal fan-canon then, could've sworn they were the same character even officially :v:
They're the same character to me. It's not like [sp] she's relevant anymore anyway. [/sp]
Well you're saying that but [sp] A 3rd book came out like 2 days ago (The Walking Dead: Descent) about Lilly Caul running woodbury and it's written by Kirkman, so who knows what that means, I mean she's probbbaly just a charecter for the extended universe but she might re-enter the comic at some point , maybe [/sp]
Whoa, seriously? I thought they stopped at the last book. I might need to pick that up, that sounds awesome. I've always wondered what happened to [sp] the Woodbury residents after the prison assault [/sp].
I only just found out about it myself when i couldn't remember the name of the first book book :v:
Yeah, I do believe telltale wrote Lily into their game with the full intent of it being the same person. Papa Kirkman later decided he wanted to change Lily's backstory to the point that it didn't exactly line up with their game.
[sp]One of them turned out to be a crazy killer who killed her little sister, so Carol shot the other one.[/sp]
[sp]look at the pretty flowers lizzie[/sp]
lmao

who is he? looks like one of the wayans brothers.
It's that guy who was with the governor at the end of season 3 with martinez
oh right
he just kinda disappeared right? not necessarily a death.
oh right

Martinez said[sp]Shumpert got bit after being reckless and Martinez shot him right after. Martinez only briefly mentions him when he meets up with the Governor after Woodbury is destroyed.[/sp]
ah
well he wasn't that important anyway.
ah
well he wasn't that important anyway.
if i recall he was listed in the credits as "bowman" for a few episodes
I think his name was Shupbert or something. I don't think he got a single line, but he was always with Martinez and The Governor.
Wiki says he had a 2 lines.
and went his first 5 episodes without speaking.
And then after that line, didn't have another line for 5 more episodes.
R.I.P. Bowman

Eugene makes me laugh, in that if I was in that group I'd laugh every time he spoke since he always sounds like an idiot. But it does bother me that no one notices he never really says anything to cause you to believe he knows anything. Come on, you don't need to be a disease expert to realize he's just spouting meaningless phrases. I'd probably make up a real sounding word, then use it while talking about the walkers and see if he calls me out or if he accepts it as a real scientific word.
edit: Tara is just a waste so far, I don't hate her but meh

yeah, that's what happened
there were old references on the telltale site about lilly being comic lilly, as well as one of the achievement names explicitly mentioning woodbury, both of which were promptly removed/changed after the road to woodbury came out
Gotta be honest, I'm liking the show a lot more lately than the comics. Comics have just been disappointing lately for me.
We just had a giant war, can't just jump to another huge one in a matter for a few isseus

Yeah, I guess meh is the word.
"Haha bro-fist ;) *click* yeah I'ma zombie girl."
So if [sp]Bob was bitten and they were eating infected meat, how is that any different from normal meat? The infection is in all of them already and they cooked the meat.[/sp]
So I watched the first two episodes and it was great, especially the first.
I guess I missed a lot of discussion but was [sp]the rapist at the end of first episode you-know-who?[/sp]
