[sp]Does this mean now the gang has a new t-dog? I don't know what we're up to now, 4 or 5-dog or something.[/sp]
[sp]The scene with the red handle and rick saying "I made you a promise" was great.[/sp]
Greaaaaaat episode. Nice to see the show back on track; I felt last season was really weak in places but this is really excellent so far.
Honestly I can't help but get the feeling the rest of this season half won't live up to the first 3 eps.
Damn son, hopefully the first 3 episodes sets the standard for the rest of the season.

[editline]27th October 2014[/editline]
probably the most inaccurate and shoddy graph ever
it's so unclear
basically
season one: frank darabont is god, most of season was good as a minimum, nice finale
season two: alright premiere, just goes downhill from there, [sp]liked the episode where carl was shot and they had to retrieve the meds?[/sp], most of it was just shitty, liked nebraska, essentially the only decent to mediocre parts were action, the rest was just soap opera filler shit
season three: again, good premiere, most of the season was better than the last, but something was missing
season four: better still, last few episodes were kind of annoying though with all the waiting
season five: GOAT so far
TV spoilers.

They really fucked up with season 3 and four when they made [sp] the Woodsbury army get slaughtered and act like a bunch of complete buffoons. If season 4 had just not been a thing and put the ending from that into season 3 it'd be a lot better. [/sp]

S2 should be more spikey, there were some really good parts in there, especially the finale with aimbot unlimited clip hacking Hershel
[sp]So, anyone wanna talk about Beth being in Atlanta? I'm thinking there are some real big Alexandria-sized groups out there already if they can hold up in the city.[/sp]
Guys about the tree markings: [sp] there was one on a tree in the scene where Sasha was attacked after looking through the scope, does anybody have an idea what this one means?[/sp]

They said that [sp] They marked their paths so they knew how to get back to camp, so perhaps the marking Morgan walked by was to terminus, and the other marking was to their camp by the elementary school. [/sp]

Although I agree, I never think the series has been as low as some of the descriptions on that graph.
Season 2 was the 'worst' of them, but that was character development all the way. It got it out of the way for Scott Gimple to improve it all overall. The only reason it took until Season 5 to get things going is because he had to wrap up everything already to set in motion but didn't want it to discredit predecessors by ending it too quickly.
With regards to Beth, she looks to be in the same position Rick was at the very beginning. A lot of parallels at least.
Holy shit this season just keeps getting better and better with every episode.
[sp]Wonder who's gonna be the big meanie of this season since Gareth and the rest of the cannibals are you know, kinda dead.
Never expected them to get fucked this early but whatever, good fucking riddance.[/sp]
May someone link the preview for the next episode?
Thank you.
hot damn that was a good episode
glad rick kept his promise, too.
So if they did merge Terminus with [sp]the Hunters[/sp], is that the end of the [sp]Hunters[/sp] storyline? Because that wasn't very long. Was satisfying though.

I think someone else brought it up before but (MAJOR COMIC SPOILERS AS THEY WILL RELATE TO THE SHOWS FUTURE) [sp]Wouldn't it be fucking sweet if Daryl was around long enough to get Glenn's death from the comic? The fucking amazing amount of rage and tears from the "durle die we riut" crowd would be so so sweet[/sp]

comic spoilers: [sp]i would much prefer him to get abe's death but let's be real that ain't gonna happen. [/sp]
kinda comic spoilers/ current show spoilers : [sp]Anyone else picking up that they're trying really hard to develop some kind of thing between Abe and Glenn? Rick and Abe haven't got near the same kinda interaction with eachother like in the comics. Twice now we've come to a point where Glenn and Abe are seperated from Rick, gotta mean something, right?[/sp]
comic spoilers: [sp]i would much prefer him to get abe's death but let's be real that ain't gonna happen[/sp]
Comic [sp]it would be surprising and amusing certainly, getting taken down by his own signature weapon. Glenns death however I feel would also smash every "durle" fans heart with each swing of the bat. That is a bit sadist, sorry. [/sp]
Rewatching some of the Season 3 episodes. The phone calls with Lori are so fucking creepy.
I feel so sorry for Gabriel, like I have no idea why but I feel terrible for him. More than any of the other characters and we've only just been introduced to him.
[sp]I don't understand why Rick doesn't trust him and looks like he still doesn't trust him after he tells them that he kept the doors locked while the others were eaten.[/sp]

Really?
I honestly find it hard to like him.
[sp]I assume Gabriel will return as he went with them to D.C in the comics and is still alive.[/sp]
YES! FUCK Forgiveness.
is anyone else noticing some of the parallels between rick and the governor? like in this weeks ep, when [sp]gareth is making his speech, it reminded me of the season 4 finale; gareth says things like "this doesn't have to happen, we can go our separate ways and never cross paths again" [sic] and it's pretty similar to rick's pleas with the governor when he was at the prison gate
i'm not saying rick's turned into an evil merciless killer, but it's interesting to watch the development of his ruthlessness and defensive nature throughout the show, considering the same pleas for mercy came from the "hostage" in season 2; when, unlike now, rick spent a lot of time struggling to bring himself to end another person's life[/sp]
