You guys are dismissing [sp] Beth [/sp] too much. Carol was a terrible character and look at her now.
tbh I was expecting Beth to go full badass like Carol in the first episode, shame that didn't really happen
(full badass means [sp]bringing down the entire hospital on her own[/sp])
I thought this was a really good episode personally.
[sp]showing how different people are coping and how different parts of the world are still ongoing makes the show's universe more interesting, especially since the road to DC plot/the hunters has been lifted straight from the comics it's nice to see something unpredictable that fleshes the show out more. I feel like the majority of this show's audience are just looking for an action show about zombies, but the Walking Dead has never really been about that. That next episode preview looked boring as shit to me, nothing but big man shouting + zombie kills and it's weird to me that others were excited for it, it might be that you haven't read the comics but even then, the show would just become incredibly boring, stagnant and unsophisticated if it was just Rick and the gang killing Zombies every week. I loved this episode and I hope for more like it in future. The CDC arc, Terminus, even Daryl himself as a character, all that stuff benefits the show and gives it a leg up over the comics. I see this as another divergence that'll make the show more interesting. Getting to Alexandria as fast as they possibly can and doing exactly what the comics did would just be cheap.[/sp]
also [sp]I hope Noah makes it out and becomes a recurring character, used to love everybody hates Chris and seeing him in this show was cool[/sp]
How I see the last 3 episodes going till mid season finale
[sp] Episode 6: Abraham group focus, possible back story, possibly eugene gets taken. Abe/Eugene both appear on Talking Dead.
Episode 7: Beth/Carol and probably Daryl + saying "come on out" to Noah.
Epsiode 8: Rick + Co go to hospital to get beth/carol, one of them probably died. Abraham and co reach washington.
[/sp]
[sp]Daryl + saying "come on out" to Noah.[/sp]
Yes please
[sp]Good character but also more than two recurring black guys at a time would be a huge step for the show, lol[/sp]
(reply to above, speculation, may be spoilers) [sp]Washington is a long ride though, I'm not sure if three episodes is enough time to get there[/sp]
Latest episode: [sp] I think Noah met Daryl and Carol outside the hospital, and he told them what was going on inside. So they made them find Carol and "save her" so she could get in and get Beth out.[/sp]

[sp]If she's genuinely not injured they'd realise pretty quickly, not a good idea[/sp]

[sp] "Last thing I remember was a walker coming toward me and I tripped backing up and then everything went black. Thank you for saving me" [/sp]
Also @ flying [sp] There's Tyrese, Morgan, Noah, and Gabriel. Bob died, Gabriel probably replaced him.
I see Noah being a red shirt unless they really develop his character, and I feel like Tyrese will die by the finale with Morgan replacing him. [/sp]
Also @ flying [sp] There's Tyrese, Morgan, Noah, and Gabriel. Bob died, Gabriel probably replaced him.[/sp]
[sp]I know, it was only Tyreese and Gabriel as part of the group after Bob died, Morgan doesn't count until he actually joins them and we don't really know if Noah will become a recurring character yet unless you all know something I don't.[/sp]

[sp] Perhaps Noah becomes a recurring character, but he just doesn't seem like a person that would. I'm guessing what's going to happen based on the past [/sp]
[sp]Honestly the episode was good despite it being a filler. As mentioned before me seeing different parts of Atlanta deal with this is far more interesting than everyone with Rick going around looking for shelter.[/sp]
[sp]It seems like its an endless cycle tho in the hospital, crazy bitch police officer is completely delusional and thinks that their is hope somewhere over the rainbow but whenever Beth tells her straight up that there is no such thing she looses her shit. I won't be surprised if she's the next to go.[/sp]

[sp]Highly doubt it since, as said, that'd be a bad move awaiting to happen once crazy bitch police officer knows she's a fake and will probably order the doc to put her down or some shit[/sp]
I just really loved that scene in the beginning where [sp]Dawn just fuckin slaps Beth in the face because of something the Doctor Guy said[/sp]
[sp]Goddamn Officer Badtouch got wrecked.[/sp]

[sp]Carol is going to wreck their shit as soon as she wakes up[/sp]
Breaking Bad Spoilers: [sp]the Doctor in this episode did the same thing Walter White did in breaking bad, a doctor threatened to take his place so he had someone kill them, just like Walt did to Gale.[/sp]
I'd like to keep Beth around in a zombie apocalypse just because wherever she goes awesome music seems to follow he around.

Probably the weakest episode of the season so far but I still liked it.
I really like how they transformed Carol from a character who does nothing to what basically amounts to a one man army like Daryl

it's really great to see walter white survived the apocalypse and put his scientific knowledge to use [sp]seriously is that actor just trying to look exactly like bryan cranston or what[/sp]
also did anyone else notice the [sp]car with the cross in the back window parked outside the hospital during the escape attempt? it's behind beth while noah limps to freedom[/sp]
This was a good episode but i think its a bit dragged out.
[sp]Beth should have escaped with Noah and should have been found by Carol and Daryl at the end. Then have the next episode deal with how they get back with to Rick and Co. those cops chasing after them or something.[/sp]
Also was that [sp]Morgan tease at the very end of Episode 1 fucking nessecary? At least show us another clue or tease something because at this point it's just stops being a tease, at least for me [/sp]
I don't really think it's fair to say it's dragged out when you compare it to the last couple seasons. The next episode involving [sp]Beth and Carol will probably have them out of the hospital already.[/sp]
And [sp]What Morgan tease?[/sp]
(Future episode filming spoilers)
On spoilthedead[sp]there was a photo of Carol sprawled on the ground after what seems to be a car hitting her so I'm guessing that's how she ended up at the hospital.[/sp]
I was thinking at first that Daryl and Carol[sp]would somehow be involved with Beth's initial escape, but that clearly wasn't the case in the last episode.[/sp]
Anyone got a link to the next episode preview? I haven't watched it yet.
That was a really disappointing episode. I really have never cared about Beth so I just started fast-forwarding and skipping forward. Boring.
I actually liked the episode it was a nice change of pace and it showed a whole new bunch of characters and it will also lead onto greater things I hope
