[sp]How did Daryl not get infected with his hand rubbing against a walker tooth like that?[/sp]
He also sticks a blood soaked arrow in his mouth.
Yeah... I totally didn't see that ending coming from a thousand miles away alright.

Seriously, though. It was lackluster. I feel like that scene has happened a thousand times in this show.
i think the only genuine times i was caught off-guard were [sp]lori's death and axel headshot[/sp]
other than that i can't say this show has managed to be very unpredictable.

Honestly [sp]Axel's death[/sp] is easily one of the better, more realistic deaths. Much much better than the crazy obvious plot armour shenanigans in the first S5 episode.

Oh yeah. That was fucking unexpected right there.

[sp]group c only existed for two reasons: a. to give rick back his watch and b. to build tension without actually killing anyone important
also tbh if I'm a group of murders and I've got a group labeled a and a group labeled c, I'd kill a first[/sp]
If [sp]Daryl[/sp] dies, I'd either want it to be in the most brutal, horrible way they can imagine or by something silly like him getting bit in the foot and being too late.
Also, one or two episodes back when [sp]Carol and Daryl were inside that van being pushed off the bridge by walkers[/sp], it should have landed on its roof with both of them probably dying in the process, but nope.
They just.. did it. Without so much as a scratch and "internal bleeding" that can be apparently cured with 5mg of epinephrine.

I think [sp]Daryl[/sp] is a pretty good character but I've been completely turned off him because of [sp]the godawful fanbase[/sp] so yeah, I'd like him to die a horrible death so I can see the look on the faces of the 6+ people I know that love him so damn much...
Does that make me a dick?
[sp]She[/sp] was being cared for for an entire day previously. So the epinephrine plus whatever they had on during the first day, yeah.
It was a late reply yep, but I thought they [sp]didn't really have the tools or the know-how to treat the most severely injured people?[/sp]
Never mind that, [sp]but notably the fall, considering the camera shot from inside the van and everything, it should have landed on its roof, which would have caused even more damage to them. But then magically it landed on its wheels, and they just took a sigh of relief.[/sp]
[sp]Like, in a matter of like 2-minutes screen time or less, they walked up to the van, searched it, got overran by zombies out of nowhere, buckled up and crashed down, and escaped without death.[/sp] Right. :I
Also, [sp]maybe Carol was treated because the Police ran her over, so that they could bring her in to be treated in the first place? Which would imply that the crashing of the van did hardly any damage at all, which is stupid/unrealistic.[/sp]

But that was episodes ago, or not the most recent episode, so w/e I guess.
The walking dead V.5: THE VAN WAS SUPPOSE TO FALL ON ITS ROOF
The walking dead V.5: THE VAN WAS SUPPOSE TO FALL ON ITS ROOF
Well, fuck yeah? First I was expecting it to land on its nose, or in an angle (like windshield first) but.. beautifully landing on its wheels? Fuck that.
The scene was fast, yes, re-watch it if you will, but the way they showed, and the order of the shots starting from the fall to the landing, it should have been way more catastrophic than that.
It would have taken a way longer fall for the van to make that FULL FRONT-SIDE FLIP, and then its falling speed would have been even greater.
Not even the splattering zombies that followed could redeem that shit in my eyes.

Otherwise totally cool series, as always.. Just some little, and at the same time big, irritating things.
Or maybe they didn't have the budget to trash a van falling on its roof, and shattered glass/metal, and dangerous stunts, and hot actors crawling out, nnneeeehh..

no not at all, I'm tired of seeing him. His character isn't that important. There hasn't been any changes to him. Iunno, maybe next episode we'll see a reaction out of him.
Also this whole Abraham story is the best.
[sp]Basically, the entire episode was partly about him sitting down and contemplating about the fact his family is dead, he was on the very verge of killing himself, and then he was played the world's biggest fool. Realizing that ever since the death of his family, his life had still been for "nothing" and now life apparently goes on.[/sp]
I'm glad they finally dropped the stupid 1-group-per-episode thing, it just doesn't work unless you're binge watching on Netflix or something.

As someone who just binge watched it from start to (to date) finish, it's still annoying as shit on Netflix.
Anyway, I'm enjoying this new season, it seems the show isn't scared of getting a bit more darker and grittier, which is great.
What's up with these fucking stealth zombies that just appear out of nowhere?

It was [sp]Shane,[/sp] wasn't it?
No, it was technically [sp] Carl, but indirectly. [/sp]
Thanks for reminding me of why i hate [sp] Carl [/sp] again.

Shouldn't hate on him for [sp]Dale's death. Show Dale was annoying. [/sp]

Isn't Michael Cudlitz (the actor who plays Abraham) the dad of some facepuncher in real life?

i had the same revelation when i found out as well
Old comic spoilers (governor arc) as they relate to the next episode: [sp]Maybe Rick will notice in time that the officer has run away and run him over like he did to Martinez in the comic[/sp]

The one who got sucker punched in a bar?
I looked at a calendar and wow the mid-season finale is on my birthday
I hope it's not bad.

This should happen.
It sucks how they said this season would be non stop action like a roller coaster. The first 3 episodes were amazing but the past few have been a build up to what hopefully will be a good mid season final. I know character development is good but the show lacks tension or something. Like this season of Homeland has been amazing because there is so much tension and twists you don't expect. Walking dead needs to be more unpredictable or something
Monday nights are the only nights where my family sit and tolerate each other for around an hour where we meet in the living room to watch and discuss events of The Walking Dead.
