[sp] Andrea's 'failed' escape from that chair and getting bitten by Milton likely happened quicker than most of you seem to think. I'm gonna go with the whole thing being over by the time the Gov got to the prison, Andrea escaped, got bit and killed Milton. The show spread that small scene across the episode for the purpose of building a 'sad' finale while also using it to intersect the small amounts of action, that being said, multi-tasking was obviously something Andrea failed to grasp[/sp]
