This has been a pretty uneventful episode ngl
Hope it builds up to some kickass episodes. It's always at the halfway point that each TWD season has either a slight decline or a sharp fall in quality, so I hope they don't repeat it.

Governor's gonna be tappin' that ass.
Hmm, I just have to wonder if he's gonna go apeshit or if he's actually kinda sorta redeeming himself somehow.

Rated zing cause not even Thor's gonna be able to pull his hammer outta her ass.
THE GOVERNOR IS A PIMPING CYCLOPS HOLY FUCK
Jesus christ gov theres a kid in the van.
Anyone else notice [sp]the machine gun/assault rifle fire while they were in the pit? Nevermind looks like it was just the other guy.[/sp]
That was badass, but wtf how can you rip a zombie's throat out and kill it? Brain or nothing..

It wasn't dead.
What's this? They're having an actor from the show on Talking Dead? No way.
Spinal damage can drop a zombie, not kill though.
-snop-
Huh...
[sp] i was expecting them to end up at the farm and meet Abraham for some reason... [/sp]
EDIT:
Wait what the hell just happened? Why did they decided to show the preview in the middle of the advertisements?
It wasn't dead.
Maybe I missed something, I looked away for a split second, but I didn't see him do anything to it after that, he just got the other one with the bone and that was it. It wasn't the one he punched in the face was it?

No, the other got up as he punched that in the face. The throat-gouged one is the one he partially decapitated.
Why does it have an ad break, and THEN show the credits? I will never understand that.
I liked the episode, a little show but it's obviously building up to something.

Wonder what it could involve. Maybe the prison, he might also get back with Martinez.

It's building up to a lot if that's Lilly Caul, but I'm not sure if it is.
it'd be kinda cool if the governor becomes allies with rick, i know it doesn't follow the comic's storyline per say, but still, it'd be interesting to see

Negan appears and Rick and the Governor work together.
Then the Governor betrays Rick, only to have the girl, Lilly, kill him.
[sp]Welp, looks like the Governor is going to be with his new army at the prison. I'm hoping he was went through some kind of rebirth but prob not the way things are playing out.[/sp]
Plus maybe they'll meet [sp]Abraham in one of the camps they might (attack?) in the next episode.[/sp]

Fuck that'd be so radical
So I guess next episode is just going to be the Governor and the Mexican guy murdering survivors and stealing their shit again? Wow it's come full circle.
After watching the talking dead, I feel like he's changed.
Maybe not enough to ally with Rick's group, but they won't be on friendly terms.
If he takes control again, I feel like Rick's group will be the aggressors for some reason.
Holy mother of fuck what if (COMIC SPOILERS)
[sp]Martinez (who is very afraid of the governor still) tries to run away from the camp when the gov starts taking lead once more. Then the governor runs him the fuck over as he runs and blames it on the prison group as he did in the comics[/sp]
I was definitely expecting for him to wander through that field and right up to the prison with his new "family" and beg at the gates for their help. Would have made for a very interesting plot twist.

I was really hoping that was what was going to happen, oh well
When does Abraham come in?

We still have next ep, which also seems to be about Gov.

That might've actually worked. With the little girl there in front of them, that would keep Michonne and the Governor from going apeshit on each other, might even give them a chance to see a nicer side of the Governor.
Question, sorta related to the comics, but I never caught this (or maybe my memory's just bad). [sp]Did The Governor rape Michonne in the show as he did in the comics? I mean, she alludes to it, but it also may have been she just didn't trust him, and then hated him when he attacked the group and beat her friends. But her personal vendetta seems to be coming from something much worse.[/sp]
I thought the caller question about what made the Governor the better leader according to Morrissey was pretty good. In a sense the Governor was doing better than Rick until he went apeshit and teamkilled everyone. Woodbury was a very flourishing town.
The governor would had been shot on sight had he run for those prison gates, he slaughtered his people and killed [sp]Andrea.[/sp]
