I was thinking that too. Plus it would be really awesome to see Daryl with [sp]his face ironed[/sp]
I wish [sp]Shane[/sp] would be here to kick Gov's ass.Even though Gov is awesome.

[sp]I may just like that plan more than Daryl dying.[/sp]
Fansgirls will go crazy
[sp] I'm not really sure about you guys but for me the zombies stuck in that mud pit made me think the Gov was reminded of all of those people he slaughtered like a cattle in a herd. [/sp]
I would love to see The Gov or Daryl (comic spoilers) [sp] Become Dwight from the comics.
They could play it off:
Gov - Hates negan, can't take over himself so he goes to Rick's group, they have a bad history so it could play similar to the comics.
Daryl - Leaves the group to look for carol, finds the saviors, they make him join, becomes Negan's right hand man. [/sp]
thats way better than killing him off. Giving him a black period of redemption as well, injured and reborn

Quote from the trailer, [sp]"they're going to realize that people are gone...". Shit, does that mean the Governor maybe captures Hershel? I remember in the preview, it showed someone with a gun, probably the Governor sneaking up on Hershel. He probably doesn't kill him then and there, but maybe brings him back to his own camp to torture him and maybe get information out of him and then later executes him in front of the prison.[/sp]
Sneak peek:
[sp]"I tried to die 'cause I didn't want to accept that you couldn't live in this world without getting blood on your hands." related a lot to "I DON'T WANT IT!"[/sp]
Also, judging from the sneak peeks there will be some sort of verbal contact between the two groups. Pretty sure Rick's group will try and convince the Governor's group of who he really is (them obviously calling him 'the governor' should probably give something away or cause suspicion).
Welp apparently there aren't going to be any spoilers for the next episode as AMC tightened security. Remind me again why AMC is like the only company that breaks up every season of a show into two pieces?
The way the guns work in this show pisses me off.
There's hardly any recoil when they shoot sometimes, especially Rick with his giant-ass Colt Python - and he does it one-handed. Jesus.
i hate how everyone has always seemed to have an infinite amount of ammo

That as well
I get the amount of guns, I mean with the army basically gone there's ought to be guns everywhere (and it's America so there's that) but the goddamn ammo
in the south ammo grows on trees

Cheaper than greenscreening.

Isn't the filming already done though? And the only reason they cut the season into two is because mid season finales and the first episode generates the most hype and money?

I think they're filming around episode 15/16 right now. Unless they finished last week. Haven't checked, staying away from any spoilers until after the mid season finale.

They mentioned somewhere (I think on Talking Dead, but I'm not sure) that they [sp]found a prosthetic while on a supply run that happened off screen, between seasons, since there's the big time gap[/sp]
2 more days, ugh.
Why can't it just be Sunday already?
But on sunday, you're going to have to wait about 2 months.
My birthday tomorrow, [sp]seeing the Governor wreak havoc is the best gift. I just hope it changes from the comic and he wins the prison, forcing the others out but keeping Morrissey around longer. [/sp]

Regardless of what happens, I just want this to be the last we see of this shitty prison... 1.5 seasons in the one location is enough, it's time to get a move on. There's so much more exciting content out there to explore, I feel like it's being squandered by having a single location take up all the time.
That's what I loved about the first season so much, that nomadic vibe, always on the move. It made it exciting as a viewer because you never knew what kind of crazy stuff would be coming up next - and sure, the CDC was a giant cheese fest, but it was DIFFERENT, you know?
I just think it's time to move on, keep things fresh. Sort of like the closing episode of season 2 - I got real excited because they were finally getting back on the road again.
I'd love to see small mid season episodes of them surviving on the road, I wanna see Daryl making his poncho from a horse blanket, I wanna see Rick and Carl figure out how to make their guns silent, I wanna see them find a new leg for Hershel, I want to see them find the new pick up that all of the sudden appeared in season 3, stuff like that. Those episodes dont even have to be long, 10 minutes is enough
Catching up with Series 4. Carl's getting puberty as fuck
