read my above post?
[sp]This episode should have happened a season and a half ago. If this isn't few and far between enough for you then I don't know what it.[/sp]
[sp] This isn't the comic. Kirkman has said this how many fucking times now? Protip: It's never going to BE the comic. Ever. Kirkman stated back in season one that he was NEVER interested in simply either cashing in the comic or simply reiterating the comic again, because "that would be fucking boring" (that's a direct quote) It should have happened when it was right to happen, which was now, that's why you're spazzing how good it was. Assuming you somehow speak for the entire TWD audience simply means nothing. Splodey murder pron only carries weight if it has meaning and narrative context. They can kill only so many characters before people stop watching, period. TWD has a mean circulation of 30K and a pirated base beyond that of about 50K. You think 80,000 people are gonna carry this show? lol, negro please. 12-15 million watch this show because they've been made to a give a damn about the characters. Fancervix does not a show make, period.[/sp]
Fuck. I should have known not to tune in to AMC anytime before 11pm (I missed the broadcast at 9) right as I flip on, there's a poll up on screen "[sp]blah blah blah now that Hershel is gone[/sp]" I mean, I kinda figured it was gonna happen, but still.

Episode 9(mid-season premiere in Feb) is the closest the episode will have ever been to the comics.
Also isn't [sp] Glenn the only one with the woodburians? [/sp]
Either [sp] he leaves them [/sp] or (comic spoilers) [sp] They meet up with the saviors and we eventually get what happens in the comic, but different set up. [/sp]
I'm so glad Rick managed to convince the governor to help him solve the mystery of the rats being fed to walkers
I bet you guys [sp]the oldest girl kid now knows how to use guns and knives, and is eventually going to go batshit insane and possibly murder one of the group[/sp].

[sp]Well, one of the groups is stuck with a crazy person who feeds walkers, so who knows.[/sp]
[sp]Well, one of the groups is stuck with a crazy person who feeds walkers, so who knows.[/sp]
I'm fairly convinced that [sp] the girl was the one feeding the walkers, and who cut up the rat that Tyreese found. Probably used the knife Carol gave her. [/sp]
Watching it again, I still can't believe that [sp] Megan got bit. [/sp]
Shoulda grabed that sign and mashed his head with it.
lol some guy is telling me that I'm overreacting for saying it's the best episode of the series and he hasn't even seen it yet.
I haven't seen it yet but I feel the same way. There's just been so much mediocrity so far, but maybe I'll be surprised. So far my favorite episode has been the pilot.
And suddenly, as [sp]Tara's girlfriend is killed, millions of adolescent fanfiction writers cried out in terror... and their fanshipping suddenly silenced.[/sp]

why were they thinking about lesbo action anyway lol

I honestly cant pick between the pilot and the 2nd episode.

my roommates were cheering louder than when our team wins a football game when that happened. :v:
Anyone else think [sp]the baby is still alive? something just doesn't seem right that her body would be missing... why would the kids just abandon a baby?[/sp]

Basic rule of TWD (TV anyway). If they don't visually show a death, theres a good chance they're still alive.
And suddenly, as [sp]Tara's girlfriend is killed, millions of adolescent fanfiction writers cried out in terror... and their fanshipping suddenly silenced.[/sp]
she shouldn't have fucked with the little girl death squad
When all we can see in each other and ourselves is our worst nature, we're all pretty much dead already.
I think the dialogue this episode was spot-on. You can see a much higher battle of ideologies between the two most charismatic figures in the show (and, arguably, the comics), Rick (with an ideology of helping others and maintaining humanity) and The Governor (with an ideology of eliminating all threats to maintain survival). I absolutely loved the speeches they both gave.
Returned to life with a Live Bait
His Better Angels he deemed Dead Weight
With Days Gone By his old face he donned
Not a tear was shed; he was Too Far Gone
finally a real solid episode.
now this second half of the season is all i'm looking forward to, i've been wanting to see carl/rick solo time and cannibal hunters for too damn long.
just noticed this [sp]the first shot that the governor gets after killing herschel is from Carl, not Rick[/sp]
also, after [sp]the governor finishes Megan, its clearly obvious that his motives were forgotten and came back to vengeance[/sp]
Show speculation
[sp]
This is just speculation, but I have a hunch that Judith is alive, and Michonne has her.
Why do I think this?
Remember that scene when Beth hands Michonne Judith and Michonne starting crying because of it. I would love to see more of why this was.
Additionally, Michonne is the only character who isn't seen leaving the prison. She doesn't appear to be with Rick and Carl either.
Michonne's sword is the only weapon that could really cause such a blood splatter in the in the baby seat. If anyone were to save her from a walker and cause a mess like that, it probably wouldn't be with a bullet.
[/sp]
Just a hunch though. I could be way off.
I thought it was a good addition [sp]having Rick reign Carl in before he goes too far on his vengeful overkill spree-he's protecting Carl from the despair he experienced by sharing his grief. That and they really didn't have time for him to go nutters.[/sp]

About the baby, [sp] There was a LOAD of blood on the carriage. Either the prison survivors really didn't give a shit what the baby was laying in, or those fuckwit kids left the baby there. Notice, all four of them didn't have Judith when they shot the girlfriend.[/sp]
I'm so glad [sp]the governors dead and the prison is gone I'm looking forward to a change in atmosphere.[/sp]

[sp]It looked more like Carl hit the tank and then Rick hit the Governor, because the Governor was hit then it seems like a bullet bounced off the armor. And that .357 gash was huge.[/sp]

Why am I laughing so hard
[editline]2nd December 2013[/editline]
ahahah daryl's
Wow, that was probably one of the most brutal, saddest, and most satisfying episodes of TWD in quite some time.

no... [sp] After hershel gets decapitated he yells "NOO!" and shoots, hitting him in his arm. [/sp]
Also I thought it was pretty obvious that [sp] The kids took Judith, they brought her out, and only 2 or 3 were standing there when Alisha died. The other probably had the kid hiding back, and that's why they ran back when Tyreese said "THIS WAY"[/sp]
I still wonder what will happen with [sp] Glenn, being the only one that left on the bus. [/sp]
Also filming spoilers
[sp] They were split up into 4 main groups, which means we'll have a lot of individual stories. [/sp]
