I honestly don't get why you guys are giving shit to the Star Wars Show for promoting Battlefront 2, it's not like they aren't going to promote. It's a star wars property on a Star Wars Channel created by Lucasfilm
the show is ok. It still is an add to a damaging game.
Cameo spoilers [sp]http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/princes-harry-william-play-stormtroopers-new-star-wars-film-1058161[/sp]
Has anyone else red "From a certain point of view" book? If so [sp]wtf is up with emperor palpatines rapping chapter? I can now just imagen him wandering around the imperial palace delusionally rapping for himself about how cool he and the empire is, I think I just lost the ability to take him seriously.[/sp]
And now I got to the last chapter, [sp]and it's on the same quality level of a fanfiction.com shitpost. Way to go ending the book on the most stupid note possible.[/sp]

Confirmed, TLJ is 150 minutes long http://www.ign.com/articles/2017/11/17/the-last-jedi-will-be-the-longest-star-wars-film?abthid=5a0f0b9ed670359155000007

Saw this on reddit, there is a portrait of what looks like Hondo Ohnaka in Maz's castle Matches his Clone Wars look. [t]https://i.redd.it/hrnhehea3ryz.jpg[/t]

I, or maybe someone else might have mentioned this already, sorry if it is a repeat. He brought it up again in a recent stream on twitch. According to Sam Witwer, Dave Filoni considering making Starkiller one of the Inquisitors in Rebels. He wouldn't have been super powerful or anything, just a normal force user, but he would have been inspired by Galen Marek. Sam personally doesn't believe Starkiller was that strong, it was just exaggeration for the game.
This morning, guests on Star Tours – The Adventures Continue boarded Starspeeders at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disneyland park to discover a thrilling new journey to the farthest reaches of space and found themselves landing unexpectedly on a planet in the outer rim of the Star Wars galaxy – a planet known to C-3PO, and now to us, as Batuu. This remote outpost on the galaxy’s edge was once a busy crossroads along the old sub-lightspeed trade routes, but its prominence was bypassed by the rise of hyperspace travel. Now home to those who prefer to stay out of the mainstream, it has become a thriving port for smugglers, rogue traders and adventurers traveling between the frontier and uncharted space. It’s also a convenient safe haven for those intent on avoiding the expanding reach of the First Order. While Batuu may be new to us, it is clearly already familiar to many characters from the Star Wars saga as a stepping off point for epic adventures.
Source. Also they recently separated Star Tours into two different eras/'themed shows' as well, with the destinations of the new trilogy ending up in Batuu. I assume that Batuu will show up in the movies soon too.
there is hand held footage out there of the ride.

"In The Last Jedi, the danger is becoming allies instead of enemies"
He hates her. This girl. This garbage picker. This amateur who somehow drew his family lightsaber to her hand, overpowering his own bond with the Force. And yet, Adam Driver says Kylo Ren can’t help but harbor an admiration for Daisy Ridley’s Rey in The Last Jedi. “He has been aware of this ability in himself from such a young age, and I don’t think there’s a lot of people around him who are on the same level,” the actor says. “I think that there is something familiar there, as well as something to be feared, or something … that he can’t quite place.” This burns at him, too. He craves respect, so he has none to spare. It just wells up in him as more corrosive envy. Rey is unburdened by these distractions. She doesn’t think anything about him at all.

Driver says Kylo began turning against his mother and father, Leia Organa and Han Solo, because he felt they cared more about the Rebellion and rebuilding after the fall of the Empire than they cared about him. That created a bitterness that ultimately consumed him. “I think the idea of someone whose parents are very much devoted to the cause, that’s something a lot of people could relate to, whether it be religion or politics or a business,” Driver says. “Not identifying with [that cause] yourself, I think can give someone a complex.” Selfish? Sure, a little. Maybe more than a little. But it’s also understandable, even in our world. Ironically, Kylo Ren just rebelled against an actual Rebellion.
The big emphasis on Kylo in TLJ has my interest. Very eager to see how that goes on screen.
Apparently Jedha was a moon, which I don't recall being mentioned, or seen as in Rogue One. There is an awful lot of inhabited moons in Star Wars

I am avoiding all of these trailers. I only needed the first one. I haven't even watched the second one. 8 P.M. on December 14th can't come fast enough.
So the crystal fox thing seen on Crait in the trailers is called a 'vulptex'

Hope no :ass:sex in the video thumbnail. Disney has hit a new low. Won't be watching anything until the movie comes out.
Well that isn't an official upload of the spot.

It looks a lot more catlike in the actual film.

So based off the trailers, what similarities are there between TLJ and ESB? Tagging for those not wanting to watch the TLJ trailers [sp]A new force user on a foreign planet being trained as a Jedi by an older, last-of-his-kind Jedi Master[/sp] [sp]Imperial walkers attacking a rebel force on white colored planet[/sp] [sp]New force user being trained in the ways of the Jedi being tempted by the dark side user of the saga[/sp] Just some things I noticed. I'm really hoping this is just all misleading from the trailers and the only similarities are just visual things.
I feel like some poetry is inevitable, but I also think it's kinda impossible to just be "Empire, but again" in the same way TFA was just "ANH, but again" considering how much SHIT is in this movie. Like, right off the bat, you've got: -whatever's gonna happen to Leia -Finn vs Phasma -whatever Hux and Snoke are doing -Planet Vegas -Laura Dern -flashbacks and dream sequences -whatever the fresh hell they're gonna give Poe to do this time around -Kylo Ren still dealing with his daddy issues Then factor in all the myriad shit we don't even know about, plus the possibility that Rose or whatever her name is isn't just the new Lando who betrays everyone in the end. Aside from the walkers and Rey's training, I don't really see any other similarities to Empire (although I suppose one could guess that Casino Zone ends up being like this movie's Cloud City).
Some people are dead set on it being ESB v2 already, it's dumb as hell.
