I'm still amazed they got Forest "I have an Oscar" Whitaker in a cartoon show. James Earl Jones and Anthony Daniels, I totally understand. But Forest "I can't catch Van Damme" Whitaker? Damn.
But I guess for Star Wars, anything is possible.
Maybe we'll see a Jyn Erso cameo too. They could show what happened when Saw's group [sp]deserted her[/sp] or maybe show how Saw lost his foot.
they also got billy dee to reprise his role in rebels too, but I'm not really surprised because he seems to like the role

BDW has done voice roles for Lando a lot and I assume him and Anthony Daniels do it cheaper than JEJ. Plus Whitaker from a tie in or because he wanted to voice Saw

Honestly I just want Billy Dee Williams back in Episode VIII or IX. Lando is one of my all time favorite characters and I'm kind of curious to see what he's been doing for the past 30-odd years.
Was anyone else extremely disappointed by Krennic in Rogue One? From the pre-release footage i got the impression he'd be some serious, badass security director who would stop at nothing to get the plans back, especially from the trailer with him standing infront of a Death Star screen and just casually walking through destruction on Sarif. In the movie though he's [sp] pretty pathetic, is overshadowed by Tarkin and is generally quite useless. The scene at the start of the movie with him portrayed him along the sort of lines i expected but after that it felt like his character just went nowhere and he didn't actually do anything[/sp]
I felt as if the trailers showed [sp]how Krennic thought of himself - serious, badass director who lets nothing stop him, where as in reality he is a weak, incompetent, small man[/sp]

We know hes still alive at least 24 Years after ROTJ. He is mentioned in Bloodlines.
But between that and 20 days after ROTJ not much is known what has happened.
I can imagine Lando quietly sitting back in retirement happy with the riches he has made.
I'll take this time to say that the new lando comic is incredible and you should read it
As long as Lando is as badass compared to his Battlefront counterpart

Never fails when a hacker is intent on ruining fun of other players, just a whisper of his name summons him. The Deal Breaker with a winning smile Lando "Rogue 45" Calrissisian.
Seriously using the glitch to out play cheaters is hilarious because not even they can stop Lando

I still like the TIErydium transport ship in TFA's art book

Man... they really like asymmetrical ship design

I'd imagine Han dying (do I even need to spoiler tag it at this point?) would propel him back into action.
I think he'd make a pretty good mentor character, maybe filling Han's shoes.
Okay, enough bullshit, I just want to see Billy Dee Williams in a cape again.
forgive me if I'm wrong, but I remember that the writers for TFA wanted lando to appear on screen in the movie, and I think BDW did aswell. but I think it may have been a health problem preventing it, so they just had him appear as a voice for a few moments

some of those are better than the final designs
most of them are ridiculous, and makes me feel like they missed the point of some of the intentions of the OT designs.
I won't be surprised if Lando is in Episode 8 or 9
I just noticed this but,

Not really, but it does look like a Corellian ship.

I find it quite odd how all the ships seem to have alphabet names because they all look like that letter. If they were all made by the same ship manufacturer it would be understandable, but for all these designs to be made that just happen to look like a letter, just happen to get a nickname of _ wing, and then just happen to be used by the Rebel Alliance seems really forced. It's like they've been made specifically for that reason in-universe and they just refuse to use anything else. These aren't all from some specific line of ships made just for them like the TIE series is. I know it's iconic so they'll keep doing it but in-universe it doesn't really seem to make sense.
I don't think it's a terrible idea, and most of those concepts fit. It'll be bad when we have half the alphabet in an episode and we're getting them to sell toys without a reasonable reason for the variety. But it's otherwise fine.
It's not like the entire ROTJ Wing lineup perfectly conformed to the letter theme anyway. Only 3/4 did.

You'd think they'd call it the T-Wing or something rather than have the B stand for the awkward sounding Blade Wing.
forgot to upload this crappy pic of the revan figure i took the other day, someone was asking about it.
i love it, it goes perfectly with boba fett and soon to be stormtrooper and probably a few more.

Are the saber blades still detachable?

I always thought it was because of the B shape that the engine block+cockpit makes, if you remove the wings.

I have no idea, I wasn't aware that was a thing with the black series.
I have no idea, I wasn't aware that was a thing with the black series.
well, I was mainly wondering because my kylo ren figure had a detachable blade.
I think they [sp]tried to give this away by killing K-2SO cause he was responsible for their escape every other time pretty much[/sp]
I never realized that before, I think that foreshadowing may be a tad bit too subtle
