Jake Lloyd with his semi-bowl haircut just felt off. If Anakin was too old and unfit to be trained like the council said he was, he probably should have been like 12 or 13 instead of like 9, and probably a bit more emotional.

Yeah, when Yoda said he felt much fear in Anakin in Ep 1 I didn't really see it at all.

Also I think it's worth noting that the Anakin in that concept art looks a little bit like Mark Hamill. Especially the chin and eyes.

idk what lucas's obsession is with having characters be so young, anakin would've been better if he was 12-14 imo, then he wouldn't have been an annoying shitkid

What I don't get is why anakin had to be a slave. Like there are fucking droids everywhere, and he isn't used for sex. So what's the point?

This last Rebels episode was one of the best from this season. I'm really starting to like the Mandalorians too. The only sore note was Ezra. I mean, it's just me or these days his only character trait is acting like a total cunt to his crew and insult their skill? First Zeb and now Sabine, for fuck's sake, man

A lot of people would act like Erza there, but I wouldn't expect it from a jedi.

I don't think that's going anywhere. This was definitely the best episode of the season, maybe even the series so far. Tiya did a great job on Sabine this episode especially. I just wish every episode was as carefully produced as this one. There needs to be more for these characters, instead of one or two episodes of "Development" and then leaving it there with filler.

Anti heroes are often so much more interesting than heroes. It's why I really like Maul, and I'm really disappointed they backtracked so quickly with Erza.

There hasn't been any romantic tension between them since Season 1 And even then, it was really only one way.

Kanan probably slapped Ezra and told him love is bad so that's why they're not closer.
