Please for the love of fuck, no goddamn star cards.
They ruined the fuck out of EAFront because they just made it where you make shitty press-to-win situations and the fact only a small percentage of them are actually any good, same goes for their fucking trait cards.
Like to get a grand idea, players that top the leaderboards typically used either Bodyguard or Beserker because they gave you either a boost to your overall HP, and boost to hip fire damage to the point you can 2 shot people. Combine it with adrenaline stim,personal shield,bacta grenade,jump pack, pulse scan, and you were basically able to blast through most players because you regened HP so fast or were able to deal out absurd amounts of damage that other players can compete with.

I've seen posts saying they got rid of star cards.

The loadout shows star cards in the UI, but we're not sure if that image is even real or how old it is.

Perhaps each class has their own cards/powers instead of them being game wide.

Plus just because Battlefront did them wrong doesn't meant Battlefront II will.

I'm guessing either the Republic heroes are not done yet, or they don't want to reveal them yet.

Rey and Maul are also on all the art, so that could also be it.
