Judging by everything I've seen about it its essentially "The Ladies of Star Wars" adventures, but I don't really understand where it fits in the grand scheme

I have to say, it was a great trailer. If its main purpose was to urge me to see the movie I guess it succeeded.

Rose, Del Toro and Laura Dern's character are also missing in action, along with some other minor things (A-Wings, Snoke's praetorians, the caretakers). Guess they're trying not to spoil too much at once

I hope the score improves from TFA to TLJ in the way it did from ANH to ESB. ANH's score is amazing of course, but remember that Darth Vader didn't get his famous theme until ESB. Hoping for something similar, as the soundtrack in TFA was pretty lackluster.

Looks like similarly to what happened with Rogue One i'm going to have to unsubscribe from every Star Wars-related youtube channel i'm subscribed to because they think it's perfectly fine to include spoilers in video titles and thumbnails. Wasn't planning on watching the new trailer but considering i've just had something that seems pretty important told in that way by an inconsiderate youtuber i suppose i might as well now.

A better look at one of the First Order's retrofitted AT-ATs. Various sections have been up-armored, such as the legs near the joints and close to the neck segment (trying to patch over some of the walker's weaknesses?), and the head has been revamped similar to Rogue One's AT-ACTs.
