HL3/TF3/L4D3/Portal3/Dota3, which is coming first?

I've always presumed that when it was time for Source 2 to come into full fruition, it would be backed by, at the very least, a big amount of promotional material of Half-Life 3 to demonstrate the new tech. In the wake of said hype trail you'd see a new Counter-Strike/port of CS:GO to Source 2, Left 4 Dead 3, and Team Fortress 3. Do it in a wave, just like with Source where we got Half-Life 2, CS:S, and DOD:S all within a very narrow time frame.

It might be relatively easy for pure co-op games like Dota, CS, DOD and TF but never enough for story focused HL, L4D or Portal.

To be specific, different from CS and DOD, I believe that new TF might also need revolutional changes to attract people again.
