Grab a Deagle from the event quest, they buffed it by 30% and i've been oneshotting husky husks and two and three shotting stronger enemies.
farming n&b for bullets is easy, just boot up a city mission and whack every single parking meter in sight in private and repeat over and over until you have a stupid amount of n&b. I don't think you even need to finish the mission. It's not a bad thing to do even if it does take forever.
The only handgun with significant ammo issues is the Monsoon and that's a true bullet hose. I can live with everything else. If we want to talk about ammo issues then it's the Automatic Shotguns which eats alot of ammo and is a constant pain in the ass if i want to use a character with shotgun focused perks.

hit me up with those mf perk rerolls fam
all this baby needs is an elemental roll and it's perfect
tried playing this morning to get back up to speed
spent a good 45 minutes just wading through the pile of notifications on every goddamn page and subpage of the home menus, getting loot, going back through those pages to make sure I wasn't missing anything new, throwing stuff into the collection book or recycling to make space because I've been spammed with trash schematics and have no more space left, and looking longingly at my heroes wondering if it's worth it to evolve a lv25 as a PL16 or just hold onto all that stuff for much much later
managed to finally start up a weather balloon map after it couldn't figure out matchmaking for 10 minutes, and was solo for a bit over 10 of the 20 minutes prior to landing time. Finally it plopped 3 people on me;. two were afk, and the third was some ninja who's only goal in life was to stand on top of me and swing his pickaxe and bust down stuff I was trying to put up for the defense
mmmm
If we could trade schematics I'd do that with you. I've gotten the rare version of the smg 3 times out of 5 llamas. The other 2 times I got the crossbow.
You need the Ranger Outlander for handguns to be really good.
or alternatively get Raven, leveled to 30. That new dual pistol ability turns any fight into a bloodbath, Explosive Rounds, Energy Element, Unlimited Ammo and a synergy with pistol kills that reduces cooldowns on that ability. Pretty good stuff.
The Bald Eagle apparently count as a Blockbuster Item.
I woke up to 7 troll llamas for some reason, then blasted opened blockbuster llamas, ended up with an excess of 150 items, including several blockbuster items. All of which are /shrug out of 10. Gave my traps and guns a much needed upgrading. I finally got my Wildcat to Legendary and I love her legendary costumes so I'm happy. Though I'm really eating through my herbs and nuts & bolts a lot faster now, which is bothersome.
I miss Ray, but Lok's voice is amazing.
The Troll llamas are compensation for the price drop on certain llamas and vary on how much vbucks you've spent on them. Pretty amazing tbh.
Herbs aren't that big an issue as long as you are actively running around and holding e on every bush you see, it's N&B that takes awhile.
Truth be told, the nuts take the least amount of time since I know 90% of the things that give it and I'm constantly in industrial parks so I can slap electrical farms and fridges. Herbs are easy
to get but I love my gas traps a lot and those eat my herbs argh
I'd say it's worth it only if you spend an excessive amount of money on things like this, Nocturno really isn't as spectacular as it seems and a decently rolled Siegebreaker can trump it.
I wish Lok would replace Ray everywhere in the missions. I'm too tired of her repeating the same fucking phrases as if it's my first mission in the game. At least Lok is more fun to listen to.
Legendaries take a chunk more experience to level up but they also have a better stat table. You'll probably invest hundreds of thousands of XP into legendaries. Also, be careful about
upgrading gear too early. Malachite it a nice level, but unless you have the the methods of acquiring, you're left in the dust.
They used to be on the "buy vbucks" option but it went out a little bit after the valentine's/john wick event

I would not know the feeling (please help me)
I will gladly take them off your hands and use to fuel my levelling process
I, legit, cannot uses these fuckers fast enough. I'm so often recycling trash guns because a lot of current guns are kinda booty (and these trash guns are 3-star where my guns are sitting at
2-star because I'm not in Canny yet. Plankerton can burn )

wish I had your problems
Look me up. Magic Muu. Meet up at a SS base and I'll just drop some stacks for you to throw around
If anyone here plays at times like when it's 1-7 AM in my timezone (Eastern Standard) and wants to progress in Twine Peaks let me know. I'm PL80 and the place is fucking desolate.

Yyyyyyyyeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
Give me more
Got a Bald Eagle with a bunch of damage roles and decided to test it out with ranger deadeye. It does a hilarious amount of damage.
It does more damage than any sniper rifle on headshot damage at base stats without any modifiers. It's certainly something.
I cleaned up my inventory and picked a bunch of good-roll guns. The guns I liked the look of had some pretty meh spreads, including the bald eagle.
Also whatever causes this can die:

wtf do i even upgrade here when re-rolls come out they're all good
I guess you're still in Plankterton or Stonewood - weapon elemental damage is insanely important lest you want half the enemys to be bullet sponges in Canny and above. In the current perk-meta you want one elemental, 2x damage, crit chance and crit damage for the 'ideal' all-rounder perks. High rate of fire guns can do with +Damage to afflicted when they cause affliction themselves instead of plain damage.
Seems like having to worry about getting an elemental roll for your weapons seems to be non-existant for the future though - they hinted at all weapons always having elemental capabilities in their own slot soon.
I'm in CV and trying to figure out what to focus on for the perk recombobulator next week
I just pick whatever gun with whatever stats that has the element I need (Or Energy if its a bunch of elementals) and it hasn't blown up in my face yet! Of coure, everyone has like PL 99
Siegebreakers so I don't have to lift a finger anyway
That is pretty much the best way to go about it, using counter-elements is more important than good perks. Min-maxing won't really matter until you're at the very end of the progression (but do people keep playing once they finished Twine?).
Judging by some reddit threads, yes.
