While Eagle was chatting up the cashier for god knows what, Roadrash had other plans. Instead of asking questions and doing his job, he went straight for the booze. He took a shopping cart and started packing in as much beer and liquor as it could hold. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Boombox simply stood there, fixated on Veronika's voice. "Oooh, that's it. Keep talkin', babe!" he thought.
"Question, where would I find this 'Marshall Masterson' if I had further interest in joining your unit?" Veronika asked, it's arms now crossed. "That... is a good question. He and his team have currently began searching the town, as for their exact location; I do not know." Aegis states, taking a moment to swivel his head to the left and right to check his surroundings. "We have been granted use of a communications channel. I will contact him immediately." There's a distinct sound of static as he toggles on his 'microphone', broadcasting his voice across the active channel. "Marshal Masterson. This is Unit 306-B. There is another unit here that is requesting to join our cause. What is your recommended course of action?"
"The thing they stole is potentially very dangerous. Hell, it could be dangerous for them to even be near it. If you've seen this men Nikki or if you know someone else who may have seen them you need to tell me." Nikki gave Eagle a look, before looking over the pictures. She herself didn't really recognize any of them, and it kinda showed on her face. "...Nah. Never seen any of 'em before. The manager might have, though." she said, before pointing down towards the end of the store. At the end was a taller, older man talking to Mariuz. "That's him." she said, before glancing over and noticing Roadrash was loading up on booze. "I hope you plan on paying for all that!" she said, to get his attention. -------------------------- "This is a rough photo of who we believe they might be. Do you recognize any of them? Your cooperation will be very appreciated, if not rewarded if we find these guys." Elijah took the photos, holding them closer to his face to get a good look at them. "Hmm...I think I saw this one this morning." he said, pointing out one of the men. John Harris. "Large man, short black hair, blue eyes...I think he was one of those GEHs, or whatever they're called. He was snoopin' around the depot over on the east side. Probably looking for a vehicle to buy." -------------------------- "Have you seen these men?" The bartender looked at the photos, then the payment provided, before leaning over and looking at the pictures a bit more closely. "Nope." said the man, who apparently was Mike. The owner of the bar. Eliza stepped up next to Malin, checking out how much she had offered the man. "Hah! Gonna have to offer a bit more than that to get any info." she said, before looking around the rest of the bar. It was as sleezy as one would imagine it'd be. A large dark room, a pool table off to the side, a few patrons already shitfaced and laid out on chairs and couches here and there. Music was playing from a sound system nearby. The air smelled of smoke, booze, sweat, and puke. Eliza smirked slightly. Smelled like back home, really. -------------------------- "You seen any of these fine individuals come by here?" The guard paused his work on the pistol, and glanced to the pictures. "All of 'em, actually. They passed by here, but didn't stop. Overheard that they were goin' to get a truck from the depot for that big ass cargo crate they had offloaded onto the platform." -------------------------- "Lovely weather we're having, isn't it?" "Fuck off." was the resounding response from the skinless Synth. Well he's a friendly sort. -------------------------- "Marshal Masterson. This is Unit 306-B. There is another unit here that is requesting to join our cause. What is your recommended course of action?" Masterson stepped away from Slade as he chatted with the hotel guard, before responding into his comms. "If they can handle themselves, and they look like they could help us, then sure. Let 'em join up." he replied.
Eagle chuckled and placed a pile of credits on the counter. "Don't you worry about Boombox. Thanks for your help." The bounty hunter then moved to Mariuz and the manager. "Anything?" ------- Malin frowned at Eliza's remark and stared at the bartender. She smiled at Mike, unbuttoned her coat and leaned forward. "Please, sir, we really need your help. These men are very dangerous. She caressed Mike's right hand. "Of course, there's an alternative solution..." said Malin, biting her lip. She placed her badge, gun and a pair of cuffs on the desk. "Speak up now or the entire city will know that you're nothing more but a snitch sleeping with the Marshals in exhange god-knows-what."
"Right, unless there is anything else you can give us, just point us to the depo then."
"Hmph, well I suppose I'd be a bit annoyed if I looked like you too." Diplo responded, clearly his people skills were a little bit rusty.
"If they can handle themselves, and they look like they could help us, then sure. Let 'em join up." he replied. "This one seems more than capable, they also seem to have a medical background - no doubt it will be a useful asset." he states, diverting his attention back to the other unit. "He has given clearance for you to join our cause. You can begin your assistance immediately." Aegis seems to be completely ignoring Diplo to continue conversing with this unit, yet he has a figurative eye on the skinless synth in case the situation goes awry. Statistics seemed highly plausible that they would. Regardless, one of the lights on the unit's head glow brighter, and they emit a projection as holographic photo scans of the criminals appear and suspend themselves in mid air, hovering just in front of its face. "Have you seen any of these men?"
Elijah took the photos, holding them closer to his face to get a good look at them. "Hmm...I think I saw this one this morning." he said, pointing out one of the men. John Harris. "Large man, short black hair, blue eyes...I think he was one of those GEHs, or whatever they're called. He was snoopin' around the depot over on the east side. Probably looking for a vehicle to buy." Mariuz took the photo back and placed it hurriedly back into his pocket. 'Thank you so much sir." He looked to his left and saw Eagle approaching. "Anything?" Mariuz nodded, "Yes actually. The manager here spotted our guys heading to the depot, looking for a vehicle most likely." Mariuz looked at the communicator on his wrist, and turned it on. "Ahem, for everyone listening, this is Mariuz and Eagle on the line. We have reason to believe our suspects are convening at the depot, possibly for a getaway vehicle. We're making our way there right now. Out." He clicked it off, and looked again at Eagle, "Hope they heard us. Where's Boombox? We gotta hurry." Mariuz asked searching over Eagle's shoulder.
"Analyzing..." Veronika muttered as the Iris on it's singular electric eye tightened, Veronika took several seconds to fully scan the holographic projection that Aegis had displayed between the two of them. "Results; negative...I have no positive identification of these individuals within my memory." Veronika stated a moment later, it's Iris widened, returning to its usual stare. Veronika then did a quick scan of its surroundings, mostly peeking into the stained window of the bar, spotting a few interesting idividuals inside before turning it's curious gazeing back to Aegis. "Query, are these individuals the criminals that you and your team... Correction; you and I are currently attempting to locate and apprehend? Veronika asked with it's arms crossed and it's head tilted to the left.
"Query, are these individuals the criminals that you and your team... Correction; you and I are currently attempting to locate and apprehend? Veronika asked with it's arms crossed and it's head tilted to the left. "Correct." Aegis responds, closing out its holographic display as it continued to 'stare' at Veronika in its absence. "Unfortunate that you do not recognize these criminals, but I am certain that with our team we will be able to find them and apprehend them. Petty thieves do not compare to terrorist insurgents, and should be dispatched with little to no effort." Suddenly, the crackling of the unit's radio communicator went off, and he cocks his head away from Veronika and tries to look toward the perceived source of the signal. Perhaps to improve reception? "Ahem, for everyone listening, this is Mariuz and Eagle on the line. We have reason to believe our suspects are convening at the depot, possibly for a getaway vehicle. We're making our way there right now. Out." "Understood. Will move out once the Marshal gives the order. My team will continue to investigate for potential exits and plans the suspects might have." Aegis transmits back.
"Affirmative." Veronika said back to Aegis, glancing at him momentarily before finishing the last of the individuals within the bar. "Query, are any of the individuals within the establishment's hall currently associated within our contingent?" Veronika stated to Aegis, facing back towards the fromer Police unit as it eye slowly refocus back onto that of the road, while it began to adjust and check it's gear, only to sudden twist it's glaze back onto Aegis. "Additional question, what is your designation?" Veronika quickly muttered.
"Don't you worry about Roadrash. Thanks for your help." Nikki watched Eagle walk off, before Roadrash. She then took the money and ringed up what all Roadrash was taking. Either he was planning to get shitfaced for a week, or he was planning to use the bottles for molotovs. She didn't care, honestly. ------------------ "Better yet, my friend here-" Malin gestured towards Eliza "-will torch this place if you don't. Trust me, she's a psycho." "She's right, man. I'll give this place a bit of a Motor City touch." said Eliza, reaching over behind the counter and grabbing one of the bottles of booze from beneath it. The good shit that they hide from the public unless you specifically ask for it. "You know...fires, bullet holes, blood all over the place, that twelve gauge you're reaching for under the counter shoved down your throat." Mike's hand froze where it was under the counter, slooowly returning to the spot where it was resting previously on the counter. As she straightened back up with her newfound prize, one of the other patrons was attempting to sneak up on them with a pool cue. That was, till Eliza's revolver came out, barrel level with his face. "Don't start somethin' you can't fucking finish, buddy." she simply said, cutting him a glance as she popped the top off the bottle and took a gulp. Whiskey! Worked for her! Mike finally spoke up. "Alright, alright! Just settle down. There was a guy that came in earlier. Big guy, a GEH. He got a drink, and asked where the best place to get a ride was. I told him the depot, over on the east side. Basically a big junkyard. Can't miss it. Now can you please just get out of my bar?" Eliza chuckled, twirling her revolver around her finger and holstering it before taking another gulp from the bottle of whiskey. "Junkyard on the east side. Gotcha." she said, with a smirk. ------------------ "Right, unless there is anything else you can give us, just point us to the depo then." "Its the big junkyard looking place over on the east side of Memphis. Can't miss it. If you guys are gonna catch 'em, you better hurry. They came and got their cargo about ten minutes before your train arrived." said the guard. ------------------ "Ahem, for everyone listening, this is Mariuz and Eagle on the line. We have reason to believe our suspects are convening at the depot, possibly for a getaway vehicle. We're making our way there right now. Out." Masterson looked to Slade and Ozzy. "Looks like its confirmed." he said, before lifting his own comms system to his mouth. "This is Masterson. A guard at the hotel near the train station saw the thieves heading towards the depot, so that's two witnesses." A moment later, Eliza's voice crackled through the comms. "Yeah. Lizzy here. The fat fuck of an owner over at the bar called Mike's Basement said the same. Looks like its off to the depot for all of us." Masterson spoke again after a moment. "Lets meet up before we head for the depot. Better to show up as a group." ----------------- Minutes later, the group from Texas gathered together and ventured towards the depot. And just as the others had said, it was practically a junkyard. There was car parts and various bits of metal and debris scattered about, kept in by a large chainlinked fence. Barbed wire wrapped around the top to keep out potential thieves. There was a massive pile of trash in the far right corner of the junkyard, most of it being rusted metal. "Keep your eyes open. They're probably still here." said Masterson, motioning for the group to follow as he headed towards the gate. There was a small shack at the front gate, with a lone robot inside. As Masterson walked up, the robot greeted him. "Hello! Welcome to Papa Frank's Auto Depot and Junkyard! If you're looking for the owner, he should inside tending to some customers. They bought a semi and trailer to haul some cargo this morning!" said the robot. Masterson glanced to the others in the group, before looking back to the robot. "We actually need to speak to those 'customers'." he said, before showing his badge. The robot looked surprised, looking between the badge and the others in the group. A moment later, he quickly opened the gate, hitting a bitton next to him on the wall. The gate next to the shack opened with a groan, swinging outward and to the side. "They probably won't be coming peacefully, so prepare yourselves." said Masterson, drawing his revolver and walking through the new opening.
"Query, are any of the individuals within the establishment's hall currently associated within our contingent?" Aegis looked behind Veronika and into the bar, double checking to properly answer the question. "Negative. Our group has spread out through the city in an effort to cover more ground. The two synthetics with me are the only members in the immediate vicinity, not counting myself." the unit states. "Additional question, what is your designation?" Veronika quickly muttered. "I am Aegis Unit 306-B, Texas State Police." it responds quickly, head crackling with the active radio frequency as he remains silent for a few moments. "Understood, we will meet up with you outside of the depot." With that Aegis just gave a rapid nod to Veronika, Diplo, and Boombox and started to trot off toward the location. While it did not know the layout of the city, the converging radio signals was enough of a map to go off of. Once there it immediately demagnetized the weapon on its back, the foregrip resting in its left palm as it shouldered the weapon and started to move near the front of the group. "I shall take point. Apprehend criminals, use extreme force if necessary. Protocol 2: Uphold the Law."
Diplo muttered excitedly under his breath, "Let's kill some fools!"
Malin smiled. "We'll be on our way, sir. Thank you for your cooperation." She then spun around and motionef for Eliza to follow her as Masterson's message came through. --- Once at the junkyard Malin unholstered her pistol. She remained behind Aegis. "I hope you don't flinch, big guy." ----------- Eagle followed Mariuz out the story with Roadrash lagging behind only temporarily. He adjusted his non-existant hat with a frown. "I hope at least one of them got a decent leather hat." --- At the junkyard Eagle readied his sniper rifle and tool point with Aegis and Masterson. "If you see a hat, bring it to me and I'll pay you." He faked a cough. "Oh and uh, let's go get those criminals, yeah?"
"I shall take point. Apprehend criminals, use extreme force if necessary. Protocol 2: Uphold the Law." "Affirmative. I'll tag along and provide assistance to you and your comrades to the best of my abilities, Aegis." Veronika replied to Aegis in an monotone voice. Veronika then immediately proceeded to readied itself as it begin to tagged behind Aegis, promptly checking it's own hard-vest for any issues before swiftly upholstering the firearm bound to it's right. The firearm in Veronika's possession was an classic revolver chambered in simple 12.7x55mm ballistic cartridges, rugged and reliable, built to last 1000 years and more like it's owner. While it's black finish was chipped and worn at the edges, the condition of the weapon of was quite remarkable for being something built and used before the great war. Still barring the stamp of it's manufacturer on the left side of it's extended barrel next to the muzzle bake.
Diplo moved up into formation with the others, pistol in hand. After overhearing Eagle speaking to Ageis and Masterson, he would observe the thief's closely to see if one of them was wearing a hat. If so, that was the one he would attack first.
Slade moved with the others, hand on his sidearm. He wasn't nervous, but he couldn't shake the bad feeling he was having about this situation.
Mariuz walked out of the general goods store and began walking towards the depot with Eagle and RR in tow. Soon enough he joined up with the rest of the deputies and Masterson himself as they came upon the junkyard. He was pretty impressed at its size; bet he could find a lot of useful stuff in there if he had time to poke around. "They probably won't be coming peacefully, so prepare yourselves." said Masterson, drawing his revolver and walking through the new opening Mariuz understood and unhooked his holster flap for the pistol, and took his rifle out. Opened the chamber, checked that a 7.62 was in its rightful place, and was ready to go. He didn't enjoy the pretension of a battle. He could feel it coming. He was sure everyone else did too, but it made him too nervous. Too uneasy with every step he took into the junkyard, keeping his eyes out. He was ready for it just go down already, he found himself more calm in the heat of battle than the pre-rituals. Than again...was he always this way? Or only after he started killing bandits for a revengeful sport. He shook his head to clear the thoughts away, and continued onward behind Masterson, focused on the task at hand.
"...so that'll be about three-fiddy fer the scrap armor. Ya already paid fer th' fuel cell and th' truck n' trailer, sooo..." "Right. Three hundred and fifty credits....Richard! Get the crate on the trailer. Lionel and Nick, secure it down with the straps. We can't risk it sliding off." "Understood." The three GEHs quickly got to work, with one climbing up into the large crane nearby. The other two waited patiently, large gables and straps in their hands. Soon enough, the crane came to life, turning and hooking onto a small loop on the top of the large container. The precious artifact stolen from Houston. A few moments later, it'd gently swing it around and set it on the back of the large semi trailer. A simple flatbed, really. Nothing fancy. The semi itself was a different story. It was an old military model semi, with scrap armor plating being welded onto it by two other GEHs. These two had been in Memphis for the past few days, waiting for their comrades to return with their prize. Once the crate was set down, the crane released itself from it, and the pair of GEHs standing by got to work. Cables and straps were tosed over the top and fastened down to the trailer. Tight and secure. It wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. Soon enough, the lead GEH spoke up again. "Good. We're heading out soon. If you haven't stocked up on supplies, I'd do it now. Its a long ride back to the Uni--" he said, before Richard called out in alarm. "WE GOT COMPANY." he shouted, pointing towards the entrance to the junkyard. John's head snapped about. Fuck, they're already here!? "Shit! Max! Vega! Get that truck started and the trailer hooked up! We'll cover you!" he spat, pushing the old man that owned the junkyard away and grabbing for his sidearm. The rest of the GEHs grabbed their own weapons, while the two that had been welding on the semi moved to complete their assignments. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bSCsoQ87MQ8 ------------------------------- JUNKYARD BRAWL OBJECTIVES: Eliminate the Thieves. -------------------------------
The engine of Roadrash’s bike roared as he drove at the GEHs full speed. He wasn’t going to ram them, however, he had a different idea. Reaching into his bike’s various containers, he pulls out molotovs, made from the various bottles of beer he had bought earlier and tossed it at them as he circles around the yard. ——————————— On the other hand, Boombox climbs across crushed cars and piles of scrap to reach higher ground where he can snipe from. He pulls out his rifle and takes aim at the truck’s tires to make sure the enemies can’t get away.
Mariuz watched as the figures in front by a semi and crane began to scatter and pulled out like what looked like weapons. Mariuz quickly, instinctly, dived to the nearest vehicle wreck, crouching down on the other side of the hood. He lined up his rifled, chambered a bullet, and had his sights set on one of the bandits still by the semi, now looking like their prepping the truck. Why haven't those two scattered or shot yet? Must be important. "Marsshalll!? Permission to fire sir!?" Mariuz yelled out.
Aegis wastes no time as it spots the criminals, quickly training its gun on the leader of the bunch as it seems him draw their own weapon in turn. A loud, high-pitched series of warning tones emits from his head as he advances on the group. "Suspects armed and dangerous! Engaging!" it calls out to the group, peppering the leader and the men fanning out to get the truck started with a series of bursts from his submachine gun. As he does so he moves closer and closer to them to get in range, starting to move toward cover to secure a better firing position as he suppresses them. "Surrender now and your lives will be spared in a court of law." the unit urges them as he did the raiders on the train, the justice system always providing a way out be it court cases or summary executions.
Eagle follows the example set by Boombox and opts to assume a defensive position on higher ground. He targets one of the GEHs still working at the truck. Eagle puled the trigger, hoping to score a headshot. --- Malin stays behind Aegis for cover. "Shit!" She fires two shots at an enemy before opening up the team comms. "We've got them cornered! Don't let up!" People's Will activated.
Realizing the rest of his team is already firing on the bandits, Mariuz mutters "Fuck it," to himself, and pulls the trigger on the bandit prepping the truck.
Slade rushed behind cover. A quick look allowed him to see the genetically enhanced refuse. Six in total. He upholstered his revolver and shot a bullet at each one.
Eliza quickly moved into cover behind a stack of car hoods, slipping her lever action of her back and taking aim at one of the goons next to the trailer before firing off a shot. Meanwhile, Masterson fired off a shot at the leader with his revolver, and Jasper sought out a pile of tires to hide behind before taking a shot with his rifle at the GEH near the crane.
Veronika's combat programing instantly takes over as the sounds of gunfire ring throughout the junkyard. Veronika swiftly dashed to cover behind an half-scraped armored vehicle, the war-machine quickly put it's trusty handgun to use and took an shot at the center mass of the gang leader.
As the GEHs were caught by surprise, the group managed to get the upper hand and fire off the first shots. Thieves: Trait Discovered! Chance: 2/5 Rolls: 1/5, 4/5 Result: One Fail, One Success Max and Vega can't attack this round, and take damage from a molotov. As the molotovs shattered, one went sailing off in to an unoccupied area, lighting an old couch and some scrap on fire in a spectacular fireball. The other, meanwhile, shattered on the right side of the semi, lighting two of the GEH's clothes on fire. Frantically, they tried to put themselves out. ------ He pulls out his rifle and takes aim at the truck’s tires to make sure the enemies can’t get away. Chance: 2/3 Roll: 1/3 Result: Failure Boombox fires off a shot, but it seems his aim was thrown off by the sudden molotov detonations. The shot hit the hubcab instead of the tire, bouncing off and hitting some bits of tin nearby. ------ "Suspects armed and dangerous! Engaging!" it calls out to the group, peppering the leader and the men fanning out to get the truck started with a series of bursts from his submachine gun. Mariuz: 10 (Crit Roll: Successful!) ATK Damage: 180! Target: Richard Result: Richard HP = 170 The shot from Mariuz's rifle hit Richard in the back, as he turned to help his fellow GEH Max put himself out. The shot punched through his armor, sending blood splattering across the side of the truck. But Richard stayed up! GEH's are hard to put down, it seems. Much harder than normal humans. ------ He upholstered his revolver and shot a bullet at each one. Slade: 3, 9, 8, 8, 5, 9 ATK Damage: 21, 63, 56, 56, 35, 63 Targets: ALL Result: John HP = 531, Lionel = 174, Nick = 232, Richard = 114, Max HP = 293, Vega HP = 145 Slade let loose with his revolver, nailing each and every GEH in the junkyard with a shot. They were hit in various places by the rounds, though none were powerful enough to put even one of the GEHs on teh ground. Though it was clear that they were wearing down from the volume of gunfire. ------ Eliza quickly moved into cover behind a stack of car hoods, slipping her lever action of her back and taking aim at one of the goons next to the trailer before firing off a shot. Eliza: 7 ATK Damage: 63 Target: Max Result: Max HP = 230 The shot from Eliza's .45-70 rifle shattered one of the plates of armor on Max's shoulder, almost twirling him about. But he stayed commited, patting out the fires and getting the truck connected to the trailer. ------- Jasper sought out a pile of tires to hide behind before taking a shot with his rifle at the GEH near the crane. Jasper: 6 ATK Damage: 36 Target: Vega Result: Vega HP = 109 Vega moved quickly towards the large crane, which provided better cover than the scrap he had chose to hide behind. And while he moved, Jasper's scope honed in on him. The .308 cracked, and a bullet ripped through Vega's stomach, shattering plates on both sides of his torso. It didn't seem to hit anything vital, though, as Vega was still moving. ------ Masterson fired off a shot at the leader with his revolver. Masterson: 5 ATK Damage: 50 Target: John Result: John HP = 481 Masterson's revolver sounded off, the leader of the band from Texas taking aim at the leader of the thieves. The .454 Casull slammed into the chest of John, but he seemed to shrug it off easily. He must be wearing better armor. That or he just didn't give a shit. ------ Veronika swiftly dashed to cover behind an half-scraped armored vehicle, the war-machine quickly put it's trusty handgun to use and took an single shot at the leader of the gang. Veronika: 5 ATK Damage: 25 Target: John Result: John HP = 456 Veronika followed Masterson's idea, taking aim and firing off a shot at the leader of the GEHs. The shot hit him in the stomach, but the armor plating that John was wearing seemingly stopped the bullet from causing too much damage. --------------------------------------------------- ENEMY TURN John: 2 ATK Damage: 22 Target: Slade DEF Roll: 4 Result: Slade HP = 57 John took aim at the revolver weilding mutant, firing off a shot from the laser pistol gripped tightly in hand. A bolt of hot red zipped across the junkyard, before hitting Slade in his left shoulder. It burned clean through his clothes, scorching the flesh beneath. ------- Lionel: 1 ATK Damage: 11 Target: Mariuz DEF Roll: 3 Result: Mariuz HP = 117 The rifle that Lionel had was a bit different compared to John's, firing off a rapid three shot burst of bright orange. The shots peppered Mariuz, and lit his pants on fire. The flames were quickly snuffed out before they did any real damage. ------- Nick: 1 ATK Damage: 11 Target: Eliza DEF Roll: 6 Result: Eliza HP = 120 Nick's weapon shot conventional ammo, it seemed. 5.56 to be exact. A rapid burst of shots sounded off, aimed for Eliza. The shots missed however, hitting the metal she was hiding behind and sending sparks into her face. ------- Richard: 7 ATK Damage: 77 Target: Slade DEF Roll: 2 Result: Slade HP = -18 Additional Result: Player Incapacitated. Richard, apparently pissed off from taking a sniper shot to the back, spun around and took aim at the ones that stood out most to him. Which happened to be Slade. He shoulderd his weapon (a strange looking rifle), took aim, and fired off...SOMETHING. Nobody saw what it was, but it was loud and it hit Slade like a missile to the chest. It sent him sailing through the air, before hitting the ground and forcing him to slide a few feet. Down for the count. Masterson's eyes widened for a moment, before he looked to the others. "He's got a fucking FORCE GUN!" he spat.
Diplo frantically ducked behind cover with the others as shots started to ring out, he'd been caught slightly off guard at the suddenness of the confrontation. He peeked up just in time to witness Slade get demolished by the force gun. "Crikey.." Diplo muttered to himself. He took a moment before diving over the car bonnet and making a beeline for the nearest GEH. If successful he would attempt to catch them off guard and take them as a human shield and hopefully use the captured GEH as a bargaining chip. ------- [IF SUCCESSFUL] - Activate Charisma Diplo secured the GEH with his hands behind his back. The GEH struggled slightly but Diplo's motors were working overtime to compensate, Diplo quickly raised his gun to the GEH's head, making sure he was in full view of the others. This had huge potential to backfire. "Listen up punk!" He muttered menacingly to the entrapped GEH, "You've got a real pretty face, I'm a real sucker for pretty faces. Help us out and I'll make sure that your pretty face stays attached to that pretty little head of yours.."
