they are, if you compare them to someone with far more experience, like me or you.
As someone with 1.2k hours on Soldier, I can't aim for shit with the direct hit
Do i just suck with the black box or that thing rarely helps in survivability
Like I never had a situation where I went "Wow Im glad I had black box equipped, otherwise I would've died"
well the new blackbox ends up more often than not give single-digit heals over 15-20, so yeah it's worse than before
Conversely, there are too many times I fight a BB soldier and he wins with >20hp
I use the black box. The 1 less rocket penalty isn't much of an issue as I can just switch to shotgun finish the job.
