I will probably play superhot at some point but it's $25 and SW2 is $40, c'mon internet don't fuck this up.
I did the selfish thing and voted for Firewatch because it's the only one I don't have yet. Not like it's gonna win anyway I can highly recommend SW2 though, it's a great game and definitely the best value out of the three. Also decided to update the OP a little, if there's anything you guys want me to add, let me know.
why is it in japanese/chinese?
Huh? Maybe you clicked something wrong, there's language selection at the bottom of the page. Or maybe you cookies got screwed up, so clear them if necessary.
I went back in now and it was english again, but the weirdest part was when i went to the normal home page and browsed about it was still in english until I went back to the vote and i swapped to chinese again.
Orwell is free again, for a little while. Orwell
Shadow Warrior 2 won the GOG vote and is now free for two days
Evolvation on Steam Dev kinda messed up distributing keys and now theyre temporarily giving out for free
Probably the best thing that could possibly happen to this game's longeivty
Is it a good game? I picked it ip
I got it the moment I learned of it being temporarily available for free.
Metro 2033, free for 24 hours only: https://store.steampowered.com/app/43110/Metro_2033/
Murderous Pursuits on Steam No idea how good the game is tho.
By the looks of it, it's a strange hybrid between the multiplayer mode of some of the Assassin's Creed games and The Ship, where you must stalk and kill your target and at the same time try to blend-in or risk exposure and death. Several reviews on Steam note that the playerbase is kinda thin, though. I made a point about not bothering myself with multiplayer games these days, but what the hell: it's free
IIRC, it's made by the some of the/same devs as The Ship isn't it?
Outerlight, or Blazing Griffin? Oh it's the latter.
Pretty sure those devs are cursed to only release multiplayer games that're dead in 2 weeks
Doesn't help that they keep re-iterating the same game genre :\
I honestly think they did a worse job with murderous pursuits, it's like assassins creeds multiplayer mode but not nearly as fun.
This kind of game would actually be really amazing with just good AI. I really liked the Ship back in the day, it was my first steam game.
https://twitter.com/DestinyTheGame/status/1058422046617559040 I dont know if its one of those free weekend stuff or you can claim it forever but here it is
It's forever to keep so that's pretty neat. I guess they're cashing in on the fact new players will most likely buy the new season pass.
Wait what, isn't that game only like a year old? Is it overflowing with DLC and microtransactions or something?
Very messy and underwhelming launch, and the game was pretty much barren of content during its first year, with the initial season pass content barely adding anything. They added a brand new season pass/DLC called Forsaken, which existing owners of Destiny 2 and the first season pass had to fork up $40 more as well. There are microtransactions as well for cosmetic stuff, but it was handled pretty badly as well initially iirc. I haven't played it again but I heard from a friend who got initially burnt out on it as well and actually got the new DLC and stuff he said things have improved at least, it's just that Activision/Bungie had to put everyone's initial $60+$40 to waste on barren content and everyone had to spend $40 to finally get something fun and filled with content.
You can't even buy the dlc since the store seems to down. They must be getting hammered.
I guess theyre going for something like a Year 2 Season pass? Its still weird that you have to pay $140 for the "full experience" or something but its free so i guess i cant complain
Forsaken fixes the game and makes it awesome. It's still bullshit the game release in the state it did, but, hey, free game
so how to you get it for free like they say? it wants 60 dollars on my end.
