Minion Masters and its Voidborne Onslaught DLC are being advertised as "download now and keep forever" for this weekend.

Grid 2 + a couple DLCs, you have 3 days.
not even a fan of race games.
I take it anyway
It's a pretty good game, my only major complaint was the complete removal of the cockpit camera.
I usually grab these free games anyway and then feel bad because I typically buy from GOG before Humble Bundle.
I played GRID 2 on a free weekend back in like 2014 or 15 and I absolutely enjoyed it. Definitely needed to get it in case I want to play it again when I have some free time. I'd say it's probably one of the best racing games out there besides Hot Pursuit 2010.
Free game walking simulator on Humble Bundle: Tacoma
PSA that this isn't a steam key, it just adds the game to your humble library so you can download the zip
And it looks like there isn't a timer on it like there were for the steam key giveaways, so I'm guessing it's permanent?
https://www.epicgames.com/store/en-US/product/oxenfree/home Oxenfree is free to keep on the Epic Store for about two weeks. Get it while it's hot!

thank you bethesda, most generous.
Worked for me, perhaps they've fixed it now
They even extended the duration of the giveaway in case anyone missed it.
I would pick it up, but that would mean i'd have to recreate my now ( willfully ) destroyed Epic Account.
It's not the developer's fault ( though some are certainly not blameless ), but my problem with how Epic is doing business these days.
These day's they're snatching up all these exclusives, and then they're turning around " Feeling Sorry " about it later.
It's just principally wrong, imo. Maybe someday i'll forgive, but for now I refuse to be a statistic for the EGS's practices.
It won't last, either. They're cutting these deals saying hey, we'll give you more profit if you come here exclusively instead, and of course most people are going to say yeah sure. Then in a year or two from now, when they've established themselves as a full on digital distributor like GoG/Steam, they'll go to the exact same model the rest use, and all that's happened is consumers will be alienated
I don't like how epic is going about this but free games. I'm gonna buy anything but I'll take free anything as long as it's not a dirty needle.
hell yeah i ain't to good for free shit, what am I, the bourgeois
Would Communism support gathering people's private information without permission or notice?
Wait, shit. Don't answer that.
The Witness is now free on the epic game store if anyone cares
They could literally give me $20 and the entire library for free and I wouldn't use Epig Game Store
Me neither anymore since i found out the program actively searches through your pc
you don't have to use it past launching the free shit they give you
Honestly EGS is so bad I once spent 20 minutes trying to redeem one of their free games, it really isn't worth the hassle
But i'd still have to sign up for the service and use their platform to claim and install.
All of which I refuse to go through again, because I don't wish to be a statistic of success for Epic and their practices.
We should be praising stores that actually have our best interests at heart, rather than supporting stores whose blatant objective is to Crush, Kill and Destroy the competition.
All that happens in a world where we okay this kind of thing, is the proliferation of piracy and destruction of choice.
Honestly who gives a fuck about your opinions on EGS at this point, if you happen to have an account just click the button to add the thing to your library in case you ever want to play it, if you don't that's fine too. You don't ever have to buy anything from them. If you're trying to stick it to Epic, they're still paying for the key out of their own pockets, so that's an option too.
