Totally Accurate Battlegrounds - I can throw a "Fuck you!" at my foe?

Is it just me or is it *really* easy to win in this game?
Like I've had 2 solo wins today alone and since it came out the tally is probably up to about 10 or so.
the AWP 1shot kills, you can test it in the firing range... Or was it the AUG? one of the two, the one that does not come with a scope by defailt
I managed to beat a pickle armored guy with a shovel, took his rifle to snipe 2 guys in a row
I died some time later but it was the best fuckin feeling ever
It's always amusing when you make a friend for one game because you came in at the last moment with a sword or something then turned to them and went "hey".
I tend to find people are generally more friendly or comedic in this.

I can't wait to drive around the map in my cardboard box gunning people down with a minigun

they did it, the absolute madmen
Do vehicles damage players yet?
Encountered my first cheater today. He ran out of bullets because I hid behind a dumpster, seems like he was just aim bot spraying. So I did what came naturally, I punched him to death with
gangster mode boxing gloves while he was reloading.
Can confirm i ran over a guy with one and now that cars are more common roadkills will be more common too
No, and don't shoot the rocket launcher at the car either, I did that to someone who was driving straight at me and it didn't do anything to them despite the direct hit, they just got out of the car and shot me while I was reloading lol.
DOES THIS MEAN I CAN ATTACH PERISCOPE BARREL TO IT?
So did anyone managed to fly the Helicopter because so far I've only seen people scraping it across the ground and giving up after getting stuck in a tree
afaik the helicopter is just treated like a car that hovers a bit; don't think it's capable of ascending, just sort of puttering around
it's a joke vehicle, fast but pretty useless in most cases because of trees
Chopper is amazing, use it as a hovercraft and jump massive distances
you can't lift it off the ground and tbh im gonna assume it will stay that way as a joke
Good to know since I found the helicopter slightly better at across terrain if it wasnt for the trees
plus i feel like its a bit harder to get hit on the cockpit than the driver seat on a car
I used to think cases like that were cheaters but lately I've been noticing horrendous lag spikes that make me or my foes stand still in one spot then teleport somewhere else.
The huge problem with this is that if you shoot them while they are frozen in place on your screen it still counts as hitting them so you can kill them even though on their screen they are running around.
I'm having fun roleplaying a pirate and only using piratey weapons like flintlocks or the ever classy and thematically cohesive Pirate Battle Axe

first win with new final stand
i do like how tense it makes things, less likely to die to environment but it does force you outta squeezable spots and into combat which means less anti-climactic lava surprises
though a combination of the two, or a random chance at different kinds of final stages would be cool

I really like the chopper. Managed to steal one way outside the circle and glide through just as it was closing.

Is this a hacker?
Knowing Landfall games they probably left all sorts of backdoors/admin tools for themselves to use them for shits and giggles.
ever opened the inventory while in the truck?
now u kno

If you have the inventory open your character will interact with physical objects. Like if the trucks drive through a windmill with the inventory open you'll get smacked. Or it did atleast.
I died once in a truck when going through a wind turbine. Idk if it was a hacker and good timing or a glitch
I mean there are cheats out that literally have a "kill a random player" button and such.
Anticheat can't come soon enough.
I actually prefer jumping into the huge crowds at industry, military place, chaos, it makes it more enjoyable. I'm less likely to win, but I have way more fun being able to be in such a warzone, and it makes coming out alive way more rewarding.
I had a round where I had two hardballers dual wielded and an repeating crossbow and managed to net like 16 kills in mountain town because of how much of a clustertruck it was. Despite only making it to the last 6, I found that to be one of my favorite rounds.
I think TABG benefits from the Dwarf Fortress type of "fun" which is why I'd be happy to see them implement even more wacky stuff or things reliant on RNG. I don't mind losing to a random stupid thing because the entire game is built around that and I get more rewards losing in a cool firefight than stalking around and making it to the final stage and winning to some guy squished in a building or burning to lava.
