I remember when skins used to lag you like shit. I had an m60 which I unboxed the Doge skin for. If I started firing, it would lag me and anyone who had my gun in their FOV. It was fucking crazy. Skins have been more optimized now so my lag gun no longer works

the lootbox seems almost like a parody of itself, it has some of the gaudiest skins I've ever witnessed in my life

Going to have to agree on that bit about skins lagging. there was a couple that would basically drop my frames by about 75%.

protip, save money to buy the Hollowpoint bullets attachment for the MAC-10 if you want an early game scrub destroyer that way it kills in 3 bullets and it has an insane rate of fire

Boy, do melee weapons really get on my nerve sometimes. They'll kill you from 5 meters away. I mean once you get used to it, it's not too bad and if someone is only running around with a melee weapon shotguns do a good job of countering that. This would be a legitimate competitor to mainstream games if: They had actual maps; Fixed crouch sliding; Improved netcode (haha good luck); A bit more polish overall;

The mall rooftop map I think was made by a sadist who really really likes seeing people spend eons to get to the combat zone only to die near instantly. ALso, as an avant melee weapon user myself holy shit are they at the mercy of netcode. Some matches you feel like the based crowbar god and other matches you can't kill people even when you wack them 3 times in the noggin from behind.

hit yourself on the head a couple times, maybe take a couple shots of any sort of whiskey/vodka/hard liquor of your choice (jameson whiskey for me) grab a couple friends who do the same and log on to ROBLOX and pick whatever looks interesting at the time and i'm telling you won't regret it.

legitimately roblox is one of my guilty pleasures, there's nothing that really activates my almonds more than hopping onto my old account from 2008 that I used to play as a little baby boy and playing some of the few actually well made games that are on the website, especially the building games since I can't really find anything that has as much of a free way of building than this website does with the right places/tools, it's even funner when you can find some some friends who have a little enough amount of pride to join you in your childrens game escapades, best pro tip I can give to find actual quality content is to completely avoid the front page and it's mobile phone tier games

That's one thing I really like about Phantom Forces, they use their own currency that you earn through normal gameplay. You can buy more of the currency with Robux but it's not necessary at all and progression is pretty swift.

Progression is all over the wall. Sometimes it feels like you'll get like 4 different guns in a matter of only a few levels and then sometimes you'll go for like 10 levels with zip.

the netcode shits itself when someone is constantly doing it, I wish they just flat out removed it

I can't help but wonder how much of it is Roblox's end and how much is the devs themselves. On top of that is it a flaw of roblox's code itself or the fact that they somehow have the resources for the 80 bajillion servers they apparently run. It'd be nice if we could host our own servers if it's the latter.

This is actually quite fun. Seems like a huge grind to unlock just the first attachments. I was doing fine with the M4 and even better with a colt LMG, then eventually picked up someone's tricked out G36 to find it had practically zero recoil

Does anyone here have experience with getting their account back through Roblox support? I played a bunch of Phantom Forces with a friend and it actually was a super good time. Out of nowhere, I was unable to sign into the account. No big deal right? Just hit forget password or whatever and get things sorted out. Only a big problem. I was playing on my account from when I was actually like 12 years old... It had an @adelphia.net email tied to it. So now I can't recover the password. I'm pretty sure that email was completely deleted. I really don't want to have to grind up levels again. Any suggestions?

I've had a similar thing happen with escape from tarkov when falling out of the map. I wonder what's the cause of that rendering bug, maybe something along the lines of your coordinates being way too fucking far away from the center of the map causing severe distortion?

I wouldn't call it empty space, I'd call it "dead space" where it exists but no one ever uses it.
