It depends on how you build him, but he's a crowd control frame that mostly specializes in stopping enemies in their tracks (both literally and figuratively) by casting them into the rift (usually with Banish). He also has the option of escaping battle by withdrawing into the rift via dodging, where he essentially becomes invulnerable to anything outside of the rift. He also recovers a small amount of energy over time while in the rift, as well as by killing enemies while they're within the rift. The wiki does a better job of explaining everything, so I'd suggest checking there for more info. Just don't do what some folks like to do and throw people into the rift at random for gits and shiggles. Even though it's easy to get out of the rift, people are still not keen on being thrown in there unless there's a good reason (such as reviving a downed ally or trying to recover energy).

Ult + stasis to lock down an area. Press the roll button to go in and out of the rift. His third ability is the only complicated one imho. You're an area-denial frame that works against infected and Grineer, not for Corpus or Corrupted missions since the bubble boys pop your ult whenever they come into contact. You can play him outside of that and be extremely active, but that requires using his first and third abilities effectively and constantly weaving in and out of the void.

Build-wise, don't always fixate on max range builds. They have their time and place. Limbo has a lot of variability, especially if you have the Prime version, since the polarities are PERFECT for switching out mods.

I know it's meaningless, but I'm kinda bummed they're rebuilding the relays. I mean it's not like we needed more of them, and seeing the destroyed ones is a neat reminder of that event all that time ago. And besides I think it'd be cool if they had fewer relays and make them more meaningful. Hubs for future quests, more unique designs, but that's just daydreaming.

Wish there was something in this content drought. An operation or event would be nice. Even a Tenno reinforcement would be fine. Waiting until October for Fortuna is gonna suck otherwise.

Well there is the whole relay repair event in the works, who knows when that comes out.

I do miss Tactical Alerts. A lot of players probably don't even have the Stratos Emblem at all.

I'm still pretty new to this, so how do I go about finding the blueprints for Rhino Prime? I assume they're in Void Relics? Can you farm specific relics, and if so, how do I know which one Rhino Prime is in?

He's currently vaulted, meaning his relics are out of rotation. The unvault things periodically but rhino prime won't be for a while.

They literally unvaulted him an hour ago, along with Nyx :v The relics are found in the Void, good old Void Defence here we go.

You get the void relics from certain missions, Spy missions and endless missions mainly I think? There are drop tables for them on the wiki. Each relic has a total of 6 different things you can get from it, and the chance varies with rarity and you can also change that by refining. After you get the relic you want, and refine it if you wish, you take it into a void fissure mission etc etc, and then at the end of the mission you have a chance of getting the item you were hoping for. Seems like there's a bunch of people farming Mot for Rhino Prime relics. I've been doing pub rotation C runs for about 3 hours and have gotten a single Neo R1 relic out of it. DE sure knows how to make you think that spending $40 on the pack is reasonable.

Yeah, I saw that table posted on r/Warframe. Neo R1 and Axi S3 have the highest chance of dropping (not the most time efficient) on Mithrea (Interception) and Mot (Survival). Neo R1 Rotation A and B 12.5% Axi S3 Rotation C 11.1% I don't mind doing Mot since it helps me blow through MR fodder with good squad affinity share.

Remember you can complete Capture mission under 1min.
