I could easily see it being ported or getting a sequel on Switch to be honest, going off of how they've otherwise ported lots of WiiU content over to Switch.
I was expecting it this E3 given that Nintendo had pretty much run out of new games for a bit, especially considering we're still getting Wii U ports like Captain Toad.
Oh yeah speaking of Captain Toad, the Demo is out for NA as well now.
The problem is there's no good month for it in 2018- next month is captain toad, August is monster Hunter (they're probably hoping for a similar response to World), September is for focus on the Online (despite MM depending on fanmade levels you don't technically play online with others), October is Super Mario Party, November is Pokemon, and December is Smash. Something tells me it wouldn't be a game for early 2019, either, especially if that's where they pushed fire emblem and Yoshi to.
If we were to get another Mario Maker, and it feels very likely, I would expect it next September or so, alongside Metroid and Animal Crossing in the fall.

This is for the jp version of course.Amazon.jp does shit to US but the conosle is the only thing available (the other accessories already sold out), no idea on SNK Online Store if they ship internationally.
Damnit, I want to like Disgaea 5 but I just can't get into it
I hate it when i end up not liking a game

Hmm.. something doesn't seem quite right there..
my failed previous attempt is in the same tourney as the one I won

Well, never expected this.
I think it's a clever way of doing matchmaking, even if it can end with weird results like that.
Anyone got experience with using their Pro Controller on a PC in wired mode?
I've tried it, and either it picks up no inputs at all (without steam) or starts going crazy with phantom inputs (with steam).
Before you ask about Bluetooth, my PC doesn't have it and I've bought an adapter that probably won't arrive till Monday.

New boxart, now with the guest characters on it.
When I connected mine via USB it read it as a Xbox Controller and I didn't do anything like install a program. I'll need to take another look as I use the SNES30 Pro as my PC Gamepad now.
I should say I'm using Windows 10.
Rick, Kine, Coo plushes and Kirby and Dedede puppets
And some movie theater based stuff that I'm pretty sure is gacha

ugh i tried to put a couple extra games on my snes mini and its completely fucked now. at first it was bricked but i managed to revive it, but now its saying it only has 50mb available.
i flashed the original kernel and did a factory reset on the snes mini, now its saying i have 77mb available. any one know how to fix this? or how to access the system storage so i can delete the old files manually?
I play Paladins on PC, the "backlash" is mostly just vocal whiners who don't know how to play hero shooters.
The current top "I'm too bad to win so this character needs nerfs" pick is Maeve, who has a talent that makes her Pounce ability deal 25% (previously 30%) of the enemy's missing health in bonus damage.
What none of the kiddos seem to realize is that she's tied for second lowest HP in the game, has no damage immunity option, no instant mobility option, no stealth option, and finally, Pounce is a melee range attack.
If Maeve kills you with Pounce it's because you weren't paying attention to your hp or enemy positioning, and that's going to kill you regardless. The reason Maeve sticks out in their brains is because Pounce is the only non-ult attack in the game that penetrates shields AND does enough damage to notice.
It's like saying "Pichu needs nerfed because he can wall jump and Pikachu can't!" without stopping to consider all the other shit picking Pichu penalizes you for.
They aren't even considering the wealth counterplay options available before they complain, they'd rather bitch until they can thoughtlessly mash M1 at walls because their aim is as shit as their tactical thinking.
On the flipside, a character that's often complained to be in dire need of buffs is Grohk, who is... honestly probably one of the better healers in the game, if situational. He just needs a team that enjoys zoning out the enemy as much as he does and he's golden. Proving CC immunity, the highest damage of any support, and of course, a lot of healing, his only drawback is how little people think before they make their picks.
Of course Grohk is going to do poorly if the entire team is high-mobility and low-hp types, he can't heal you if you're ten miles away from the totem or dead.
But, say, give him the support of Inara's walls or Fernando's shield? Suddenly you're both nearly immortal.
All that said, the real problem with Paladins is a really low player count which turns ranked matchmaking into a shitshow. If you want a competitive shooter it's probably best to pass on Paladins.
Fortnite on the Switch feels terrible when you're used to Splatoon and BOTW's gyro controls. Hope more games get that option.
Fortnite on the Switch also feels terrible because it can't even hit 30 FPS sometimes.
But this is Epic we're talking about. Fortnite used to not even be able to hit 60 FPS on the other consoles, and now it hits it pretty much flawlessly. I'm sure they can lock down a stable 30 FPS on Switch in time.
And yeah, gyro controls would be great. Even the port for DOOM added them in later.
At least Fortnite shows that you can actually do voice chat on the Switch itself without a separate mobile app. Now if only Nintendo would follow that lead...
Why the fuck is the price of the Pro Controller still $70, didn't it change like 2 months ago?
Everything in Mario Tennis has been tough but fair but this boo challenge can eat a bag of dicks. I come back to it every few stages and it just never gets easier. Why does his ball Christopher fucking Robin all over the stage when he isn't spamming a million zone shots in a row
I plugged it in and it worked fine for me. I should probably say though, the very first thing I did was enable Switch Pro configuration support in Big Picture, so I don't know how it functions without that option or without Steam on.
Windows 10 as well.
Mario Tennis has me like

Thanks. I kinda figured it was mostly a vocal minority as it generally is with things like this because the people who enjoy it are busy playing, yadda yadda.
I assume PC has no crossplay, so I expect the player count is fine on the Switch since it crossplays with Xbox.
So how's the online in Mario Tennis? Has it improved since the demo or does it still suffer the same problems?
It's improved a lot there can be the bad match but it's a lot less frequent
I just tired it on my PC (also Windows 10) connected by USB and it still is connected to the Switch. But i checked a bit and it seems you really do have to have it connected via Bluetooth to properly work on Windows 10. If you only want to use it for Steam, it's as simple by using Steam beta client and voila. For non-Steam game it's a hassle it seems according to PC Gamer because you have to install the program for each game.
Ah ok. I suppose I'll wait until my bluetooth adapter arrives.
Is Mario Tennis still worth it if I don't want to play online?
most matches in mario tennis's tournament mode has been horribly one-sided for me, either 0-8 or 8-0
I hate it a lot
So what exactly is the deal with Paladins? Everything I've heard about it just seems to paint it as a free-to-play, fantasy-themed Overwatch clone where you have to buy your characters like LoL.
