DotA wasn't the only custom gamemode people played back in WC3 though, whereas the arcade modes have never been terribly popular in comparison to standard modes in Dota 2. Autochess seems to be an exception.
Weird, I haven't noticed it. Yesterday I played a couple of matches and it was pretty balanced. Won as both sides.

I immediately fear for Mars and Bristleback on the same team, especially with Mars' ult.
Also I wonder what happened to his Phalanx/Spear Wall ability that was in the files? Perhaps it'll return as his Aghs?
I feel like in development his normal abilities revolved around his shield minions more, but then they just went ah screw it and gave him a big ol fuck off ulti.

With Artifact basically being dead, are they ever going to do something with these characters (given that they're also mentioned by Jugg Arcana) or are they just gonna become some abandoned Artifact concept/tie-in?
They would be better off just trying to make Dota 2 characters out of them. I suppose Kanna would be the easiest just for being a summoner/micromanaging martyr playstyle.
