Well I mean on the other end of the spectrum I'm also hoping that QoP wins and gets a remodel like Zeus did, her textures could use polishing and the polycount is rough and noticeable quite a few parts of the model.
A lot of heroes are in desperate need of a facelift that I think wouldn't be fair to gate behind an arcana vote. TA and Morphling especially come to mind.
I don't know 100% if Invoker will be in the vote, Valve might be all "well since he gets the literal first new persona item we dont want him to fuck over other heroes in the arcana vote again"
Morphling definitely, TA? Not so much on her I think, Pugna, Clinkz, Crystal Maiden, Spectre, Dragon Knight and Warlock definitely need a facelift more than TA.
Not to mention the 10,000 cosmetics that juggling mage-turd already has.

No. Without the recycling it's extremely limited. I probably got 100 levels alone from recyling and levelling the battlepass doesn't really give you a whole lot levels unless you're really lucking with your betting. Last year I probably got like 30 levels from betting.
I've lost 10 games straight. TEN. Nothing I do works. I try to communicate, I try to be a good support or go semi carry but NOTHING works!!! WHEN DID AUSTRALIA SERVERS BECOME SUCH A FUCKING SHITSHOW FILLED WITH PINOYS AND DRUNK/STONED CUNTS WITHOUT A BRAIN!?!
Only thing you can do is play other modes like turbo and AD until that period passes. Every patch, people come out of the woodworks to try out the game they haven't played in months and are going to be shit until they remember the basics, might as well play the modes that are designed as time killers if you can't find enjoyable AP/ranked games for now.

If you're below 3k and you want to climb you should just focus on carrying and winning the game solo.
just treat it like a normal game and don't pretend your teammates will help you
