Is it because of nimbus? That thing seems too tanky.
It's not too tanky, but the stun duration talent has no business being on Zeus. Being able to more or less stunlock people with a nimbus, lightning bolt and then nimbus (and continue if you have refresher or octarine/arcane rune) again is stupid as much as I love Zeus. Lessening it would only make it a lot more useless, it should just be changed outright.
