Overwatch is a really good looking game but it would be nice if they would focus less on looks now as there are more immidiate issues

Or watching OWL with your Blizzard account connected to your Twitch account. It gives you a token per map or something like that.
Does it monitor if the tab is active or can I leave it on in the background?
You can leave it. If you mute the player on Twitch, it stops the stream, but it'll be just fine if you just mute the tab. There's also a chance for some viewers to get a lot of extra tokens, but it's fairly unlikely.
Sucks if you're not in the list of countries eligible for tokens tho! As is my case.

Bummer. I spent all the tokens in Rein skins and from the 2 I got I only use one. Still, not gonna farm hours of OWL just to get those skins.

It was a nanoboosted Roadhog who was also getting constantly healed by two supports, while also getting bonus hp and on top of his heal for a split second. This is pretty much the only circumstance that could ever happen. Also if the Hog's team is smart, they can totally win that fight considering that the enemy just blowed all there skills on a single target (Including a single target Shatter).
Dude was alone in the middle of the entire enemy team, and his team was outnumbered. If anything it's impressive he didn't die sooner. It's less "This is Overwatch" and more "lone tank tries to stall on the point with everybody's attention".

We are talking about same dev team who states Dive meta is fine

Honestly I think Bastion with a reverted Sentry mode stats would be able to deal with Dive competently because it's more often than not any hero that tries to dive would get instantly shredded by a headshotting 2 degree accurate minigun.
I think the startup time was too slow for dive to care. Even with his faster sentry switch speed, jumping him with D.Va+DPS is still the most optimal way to end a pirate ship.
Yes, but with a faster sentry switch speed came with neutering his spread and his headshots where most of his shots are either going to miss or be affected heavily by fall off. The issue is more apparent when the other classes that aren't tanks are very slim in size and have a large amount of mobility options that trump Bastion's sizable DPS. Bastion needs to be more viable outside of payload maps, and I say viable not meta. A Bastion with a tight spread that blooms to 2 degrees and can headshot will make him much more effective, but his clip must be reduced down to 200 to stop "spray and pray" and removal of the Iron Clad passive. The former is because his shots will hit more often than it was before, but you need to actually track and aim the gun to make the best use out of it instead of spraying down a position or else you'll be vulnerable with a 2 second reload time. Plus, it'll be even harder to hit a moving target dancing up close and personal as it was after the spread was nerfed. If you don't think that's the case then you never played Bastion long enough to know. The latter is because it's a bad passive, one being that it encourages Bastion to stay in Sentry, two it makes him a prime target for healing because it doesn't actually add in health so he's more efficient to heal, and three it's hard to balance because percentages in regards to DR are BS. Too little and it's worthless, too much and it's OP like it was with 35% before being nerfed and before the 50% DR cap that was put in place because of it (because no one likes a neigh unkillable 85% DR Bastion in sentry or tank form. Without it he'll be more fragile in sentry mode, but his improved gun should more than make up for the lack of mobility and survivability because he can engage enemies at much longer distances and be able to defend himself more reliably. His tank form needs to be reverted to give back 150 armor like it did before to reflect this change, because it's garbage with 20% DR (or equivalent to +60 HP). You can't prevent pirate ship from happening, it'll always happen when the Bastion and the team want to coordinate a pirate ship. What I want to encourage is the option of independence for the Bastion; his recon mode, self-sustainability, and transform speed is perfect as is and lets the Bastion engage and disengage from combat safely, but his gun currently is ass and is really restricting him to barrier busting and pirate ship.

All loot boxes are currently summer event boxes. Whether you buy them from the shop, get them from leveling up, or if you are farming in the arcade.
How do endorsement rewards actually work? I hit level 4 yesterday and wasn't rewarded straight away (though I did get a box for playing a CTF match, no win or xp level up?), and when I logged in today I received 3 summer boxes for the endorsements.

I would get the Genji skin if it was cheaper. But you couldn't pay me to get the Tracer skin.

We always try to balance toward a 50/50 win rate. We have some minor tweaks we can make to bring the map more in line. We were looking at it late last week and early this week. While it’s not perfect, it’s also not hugely out of line. Rialto confirmed shit.
