I remember there being a blue post stating that Reinhardt bugs are being looked at. This was like 5-6 months ago.
"We have no plans to bring Overwatch to the switch" Paladins gets put on the switch "It's possible Overwatch could be put on the Switch"
Well this is less of a bug and more of "You missed the ULT." But okay.
If the animation isn't on par with what's happening on the screen, if visually the ult hit but the game code says it didn't for ANY reason... It's buggy, it's a bug. Reinhardt is mostly broken and we all know it. You gave the bug a reason, but it's still a bug if there's hit detection to visual desync, especially on a big scale like that.
The lack of effort for this event really, really makes me worried
Not enough OWL tokens has been bought to motive the developers to keep adding new stuff. It's all our fault.
People want this game to be good? It has amazing potential but sadly it's controlled by Blizzard and they can't balance worth shit in any game they make.
Like seriously if they're going to be lazy with the events, why would I continue to care? The game has no regular upcoming content otherwise. Heroes come at a regular pace, but the game desperately needs new maps and modes, considering a lot of the default aren't very... good
They just need to widen the scope. The game's got a ton of potential but they're fixated on 6v6 e-sports. A zones mode could be fun, when we had that 12v12 bug that was insanely fun, and then they got rid of it. I don't want to pull a "back in my day" but a old Valve would've turned a bug like that into a mode since it was so well received.
You shouldn't have to say "back in my day". Games should be moving forward, not backward. These kinds of things should be the norm, not the rarity.
You're right, but I want to stress that it's "old Valve" because they're not the same anymore.
Here's an idea Blizzard. Hero 29? His/her Ultimate completely nullifies CC for you and teammates while it's going. I'll play OW then.
12vs12 was still 12 players and 12 bots. I'm guessing the way the game engine works and how "cheap" they are with the servers it might be hard to sustain 24 players. TF2 is amazing for being able to have like 32 engineers with all the buildings built and still woudn't have a big impact on the server.
They should add CTF to the regular rotation imo. The last season they did of it seemed quite well balanced.
Only issue I can think of with the last iteration was how defending the flag would sometimes kick you for being AFK. I thought it was pretty fun other than that.
I got really excited when i saw the announcement for Brigitte because her aesthetics reminded me of my favorite character from Dota who had the ability to make an ally briefly immune to CC but she ended up being the opposite :/
Retool Orisa's ultimate to be a team wide fortify buff.
Yeah orisa's ult is garbage and I don't know why it's never been changed. The only time it seems to do anything for your team is when you're already winning, it just helps you win faster.
I very much disagree, it's been a game changer for me several times
Hey, if Ana's grenade can do 4 things with a single ability, Orisa's ult can give 35% dmg boost and fortify to the team for the duration.
We should have gotten a Hammond basketball skin. His mech would be a basketball and he would wear a jersey. When he does the slam, the mech would say "slam dunk" or whatever
tbh i just don't want any new heroes until blizzard gets their shit together
His sport is bowling, though. A bowling ball skin would be much more fitting, and he could wear a cute little bowling shirt with a big ass collar.
Some schadenfreude is always nice. Not me btw. https://youtu.be/LZcR5HJXrp0
When the summer event is the same it has always been you just need to make your own fun! https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/239377/f46e36ad-5297-4a70-a6b7-30553f781947/Overwatch 2018-08-18 19-48-31-84.png First group we met were a stack of Brigittes
I wouldn't mind if they lowered the minimum height for hammond's smackdown thing, but implemented something similar to doomfist's seismic slam where the farther distance he travels to the ground the more damage it does
