It's funny how I have been playing since the game's launch yet I don't have a decent team for chain challenges. I'm either shit at strategy games or my units don't have enough synergy.

I wouldn't go that far, back when L! Ike first came out alongside the 5% Neph hero fest banner I whaled pretty hard. I'm scared of another moment like that because while other people have Awakening and Fates and so forth, I instead have FE9/10 that I'm victim to. If they release Jill on the next Tellius banner it's bad times for me.

Going for Veronica as my free unit, and probably gonna try for Celica for that Deathblow 4.

I can't believe it's not Armads, we're free. Also, I'm definitely feeling a skill forge on the horizon after that video.

It's bugging the hell out of me that Celica is floating but isn't a flying unit.

Ephraim has a combo of armor march, bold fighter, vengeful fighter, and guard in his default kit. Veronica has razzledazzle, horse, and lightdark breath staff. Celica has DB4, double lion as a skill, and a sword with an ally-dependant blade skill. Hector has spearmads and a unique DC skill. what is this

Can I just say that I love Celica's art? Not only is it a mix of her Gaiden and Echoes appearance, it's also drawn by freakin Hidari. I think that's the first art they've done for Heroes.

Disregarding her outfit, this Celica looks off. Unfortunate since I love Hidari's art otherwise. Still pleased that everyone has interesting skills, however.

They remember how B. Lyn, and to a lesser extent B. Ike, destroyed the meta, but B. Roy and B. Lucina ended up just being better than average. So now they want EVERY character to destroy the meta! I've kept reading how people were saving orbs, thinking "pff, we get a free one anyway. That should be good enough." But now I'm legitimately torn as to which unit to choose. And I'm definitely going to be spending as many orbs as I can on this.

Weirdly enough, this one's kind of easy. I don't care for Veronica, I don't care for Ephraim and I already have 3 Hectors so I don't need a fourth one. Good thing I'm not on the FEH subreddit any more because I imagine it's turned into another salt mine right now.

200 orbies and I got: Ayra Amelia Brave Eph Brave Veronica Larachel Pretty happy but the Veronica is -speed +hp but still will be able to do her job.

I guess.. I didn't need to save as much as I thought? I'm down to 280 orbs now. I have one of each except Ephraim which I have two of. I also got a Lancina. I think I'm going to go back to stockpiling orbs until the Legendary Banner.

I blew my stash of 145 orbs, and got: Brave Celica +spd -atk (hah ha) Minerva +res -atk (hahHA) Hardin +atk -def (alright) FMorgan +hp -spd (no) Hardin AGAIN +def -atk Sothe +atk -def I mean, I got some nice fodder, but I'm always too scared to pull the trigger on expensive fodder anyway. Ugh.

I got a grima in 200 orbs. Nobody else. At least we get a freebie.

Gave Celica reposition and did some math. Need almost 2300 SP to fully build her. Saturday can't come soon enough.

Now I regret spending orbs on trying to summon Summer Ryoma. Thw thing is, which is the most overpowered of the 4 units? I don't know which one to chose. Veronika is out of the question since I recently got Meribelle and spend a lot of feathers on her.

I'm curious how Jamke is gonna turn out, considering how he's got some heavy as fuck competition.

I've been using Veronica in all of my arena runs today, and I can't even begin to describe how absurd that Peshkatz staff is. She has even been able to kill +10 dragons and armors all on her own with Close Counter. Drive Close Defense has also seen its use, what with all high-BST units being melee.

What's with the colour of Brave Hector and Ephraim's armor? Did they use their own piss to dye it? Anyway, I got a +SPD/-DEF Veronica before pulling the free unit and I have no idea which one to get now

+SPD/-DEF puts her at 39 and 18 respectively so I'd probably go with that one.

Blew up my ~160 orbs on nothing but full summons. Got a +Def - Res Zelgius (nice) and nothing else. Atleast I could get Veronica as my free unit.

what the fuck blew 150 orbs got hector (brave) and thats it, not even an azama for my collection and next week if legendary hero stuff shit

Ephraim and Hector's armors are based off of the person they succeeded in the story. Ephraim has his Fado's armor, his father. And Hector has Uther's armor, his older brother.

150 orbs down and all I got was a lousy Eggsalted Chrom, +HP/-Atk. AND Legendary Hector! +Atk/-Spd woowie! Still, 75 orbs per 5-Star sucks, but at least I don’t have to neck myself for getting absolutely nothing.

It isn't like Loki becoming playable would see her coming with Thökk by default as a 5-star, either! This is definitely normal.
