My Soleil actually hits 73 atk in my mixed Tactics team while also having a speed of 47, whcih gets even more hilarious when she triggers her special.

Lilina, thanks to hitting Death Blow 7 with her refine and Deathblow 4, being +10, getting a Attack Tactic buff, Atk +3 Seal, and Summoner Support, she can initiate with well over 85 Atk. That’s not even mentioning soft buffs like Spurs, Drives, etc.

Can anybody explain me the manuals? Are they basically like having the hero but without it occuping a character space? Also, what is that of "exchange" manuals?

Exchange is just send home for manuals. Aside from that it's exactly as you described, with the addendum that you get the character at his or her most basic form. This means that you can only use them to inherit their native skills. You can however upgrade manuals without having to level them so you can upgrade a 3 star manual into a 5star one if you wanted to without training them up.

Are manuals permanent too? If they are then it's time to get chrom's and teach aether to everyone and their mother

They're pretty much the same as regular skill inheritance aside from the ffact thatvthey don't taken up barracks slots, zo no, they're consumed upon use.

Neat part about Manuals is you can mass-unlock potential, and you don't have to level them up to 20 before then. Good QoL stuff.

But I guess giving them more rarity requires feathers as the usual.

Cost me 40k feathers and 40 things to get two 4* Eldigans to 5*. It's the same, you just don't need to level them up.
