It's rather telling that where I was top 1k last night with a 20k score, this morning I'd dropped down to 8k. Who grinds this fucking hard for their TT score?

People grind hard because it's a really good source of feathers, and I'm sure most of the top scoring players use a program that restart the battle and enable Auto Battle for you.

I turned a neutral Marth into a manual instead of merging him with my -atk one, fuck I'm sure I'll get a better IV one sometime, surely On a related note, I am debating who to fill the final slot for team Merric on His team currently is constructed of him, Marth and Veronica, debating to use either Now I or Delthea as the blue unit

okay I know this was a joke but it looks like they legitimately should have given her bonfire instead of iceberg unless if she's like the def version of Arden They should have called it the Paragraph Dagger. I'm kind of glad, actually. I hope the trend continues. On one hand, having banners closer together means you're expected to roll with a bit fewer orbs, but it also means more content. And if you're saving your orbs for special events, it means a net gain of orbs, since the chapters come out quicker. It also means we can get this dumb story over quicker. On one hand, I want to roll on this banner. Ophelia looks like a fun gimmick, especially paired with Linde's upgraded aura, and Flora's kit is disgusting. On the other hand, Halloween is coming up, and god knows I'm going to need every orb possible for that.

Ew, Silas. Just as boring as I remember... for such a forgettable character. I feel bad for whoever gets him trying to snipe for Ophelia. Speaking of, she looks hella strong and has a ridiculous PRF weapon. Hello Turn 1 Glacies/Area Specials. Also powercreep Rally Atk, gross. Flora looks like the biggest middle finger to DC characters since Brave!Lyn and Dazzling Staff—and I love it! Niles Jr. looks... ok? She’s got a Leif Bow, so that’s something? Looks like a low attack archer, probably will end up with 44 total Attack. Rest of the kit is yawnsville. Overall, very meh banner. I’m not pulling for Ophelia, since Silas will just be a huge asshole and pity break me, Girl Niles is boring, and Flora is really the only interesting unit. Lastly, axe armor Garon? I’m pretty interested to see how he’ll turn out! I expect a particularly cruel GHB though.

I'm sure he'll get a lot of use if I magically lose my 3 Hectors.

One of the weird foibles I have with Fates is that whereas I like most of the Nohr side of characters with a few exceptions, I don't really care about the Hoshido side of characters with a few exception. Hinoka is cool, Kagero is fun and Orochi is a riot but other than them...eh.

Rinkah is the only character from Fates that I'm looking forward to but I'd still rather have a banner from FE6-10 than a second fates banner in a row.

Rinkah's problem is that her design is 10x better than what her actual character ended up being.

Sure, but I feel Rinkah got hit the hardest because she was one of the first female barbarians in the whole franchise. The only other character with a situation like that was Subaki since he was the first male pegasus knight who ended up outclassed right out of the box because Hinoka existed.

ye, Rinkah in-game was not very good. I'm hoping her iteration in FEH does some justice.

ngl, if the next week's banner is Book 2 characters I may actually dump some orbs on said banner. I like Laegjarn as a character and Helbindi looks like a nice mixed axe tank, and I'm always down for new axe units with high resistance for potential DC units.
