Hey, a viable version of Fortress Def and Fortress Res. by merging the two, buffing the effects, AND reducing the penalty On one hand, it's blatant powercreep of those skills. 3 times over. But on the other hand, it DOES actually make those skills, you know, viable. I was going to "celebrate" C Duel Infantry letting me use Genny in Arena again. For as much as you can celebrate a stupid bandaid solution like duel skills. ...buuut mine's already at 178 rating and even without the +3 attack, and without the +2 merge, she'd be 171 t-thanks I guess it's more for daggers and non-Genny staves.

Duel skills ignore merge bonuses, weapons' atk stat, etc. She's still calculated at base 148 before those apply to her arena calculations. Can't wait to see bridal cordelia and quad painstaff teams in arena again since they'll be neutered with HP+5. Sheena with [+res -spd] plus [fortress def/res] plus [def refine] on weapon plus [fortress res seal] means 46 def and 47 res, unbuffed, unmerged. With merges we reach 50/51 unbuffed.

Dragalia: I managed to get Helly on a single summon, so I now have all of the Halloween units. Thank goodness, because my previous tenfold summon got me jack and shit, and I was tempted to start spending money. ...I might start spending money anyway once I get a better source of income, the daily deal summon mixed with the weekly deal payments seem way better than my initial cost analysis. Only after a different good banner starts, of course. also I wish I would have the same luck with FEH

The gold accessories are also tacky as all hell, never end up wearing any of them. They might be OK without the solid butter glow outline.

Can I just say I hate whoever thought Legendary Tiki was a good idea? Special charge on both phases as her base kit AND Distant Counter AND "chooses lower of def or res at distance" AND effective against dragons AND she's got armor stats AND SHES BLUE So Falchion, the main anti dragon weapon, doesn't work / leaves the wielder weak to her attacks Sure, there's Naga / Divine Naga / Cloud Maiougi (lol), but those are all ranged, which means 1. lower bst (so you have to roll and sacrifice whatshisface if you want to keep your score) and 2. "lower of def or res" and squishy def/res anyway, so if you don't kill her in one turn, dead There's always razzle dazzle, but hey, guess what? Bst again! And since she has armor stats (and that def res buff if you're unable to take out her allies beforehand), your staff user might not be able to do quite enough to actually hurt her! and hey, some people choose to forgo bold fighter for vantage, fancy that

Fire emblem hero's is a lazy mediocre game that doesn't deserve the same. The original games have depth an an actual campaign, this is just pointless grinding in a linear battle environment

I'm surprised they haven't introduced inheritable dragon killers yet. They're a staple in the franchise and It's not like they're going to power creep falchion users, Alm has a weapon effect that lets him double, Sealed Falchion gives a bonkers stat boost.

Not particularly difficult, though. There are Wyrmslayers.

Anyway, we actually do have one, but it's a dagger on a seasonal unit so it's not like it's going to be breaking any meta anytime soon. I suppose the upside to the latest trend of armored dragons is that armorsmashers are still effective.
