What is the best movement support skill to use in defenses? I usually use Pivot for my armors, but in defence it usually just fucks itself over
Draw Back is massively annoying when put on a ranged unit, since they’ll force offense players in an awkward spot.
My favorite part of Aether Raids are the dragon users trying to bait my Innes, only to find out his refine prevents their Lightning Breath cheese. Also been seeing my Defense team utilizing Smite fairly well. It's absurdly good for keeping certain units safe, and it has good synergies with Wings of Mercy.
The only problem my defense team really faces is that it's way too easy to bait my units into their disadvantages Also all these damn Aversa's
I know Fire Emblem is the king here but, does Super Mario Run go on sale usually? I got money saved on Google Rewards and have been wanting the game for a long time
It was on sale when they introduced the new mode like 14 months ago? Other than that it seems to go on sale on March the 10th aka Mar10 day. So you'll probably have to wait. Can completely recommend it, though. The Remix 10 mode is a lot of fun.
Yeah, tried the free version and it is one of the most fun mobile games I have ever tried.
Somehow managed to get a Micaiah on my free pull on the New Power banner. And she's +RES. which means that she's a fucking monster of a mage tank.

Thanks for this, I switched my defense team to something like this yesterday and suddenly 2 of the 3 last defense battles have been successes. and the other one won't load past mid turn 2 for some reason https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/210867/9675ec99-f228-474b-9c03-f0d9009fced2/current aether defense.png I usually have Pain on Genny, but I switched her over to Gravity for this. Draw back on Lilina. I'm thinking of moving the catapult, since the defense prioritizes dancing Genny from the right rather than pulling her away. So the catapult gets in the way from the top. Which I guess makes sense. If I move the catapult to the right of Elincia though, the same problem would occur if the enemy goes to the right. And if I move the catapult too far to the right, I don't think it would help as often. And if I move it to the front somewhere, that gets in Genny's way. I can't swap it with the Tactics room, since its effect only goes 3 rows down. I could swap Lilina and Elincia, now that I think about it. that's, uh, probably an easier solution and I'm not sure why I didn't do that before
Players ought to tinker more with Wind and Water sweep; I feel like the Aether Defense metagame will evolve into that direction - a Unit with a Brave weapon alongside of Water/Wind Sweep as the true, offensive killer. Going for full wins is naive; It's about getting 1-2 kills before the formation breaks up.
I'm certain more people would use them if they were more available, and the Phantom Speed seal wasn't so hard to understand. The only units that have the Sweep skills are Alm, 5* Joshua and 5* Soren. At least there's a feasible way to get more of it thanks to the Grails.
That's what I'm thinking. Joshua is now somewhat more available, and Soren is decently easy to get. Also honestly, to this day, I dont understand how cancel affinity works.
for the longest time I thought "weapon advantage gained through skills" means specifically weapon advantage, so I thought it was a specific counter to the weapon that allowed you to obtain color advantage vs. colorless units. Damn. Still weird how it specifically countera single skill. Thanks!
I just came back to Pokemon Go after 2 years of not playing. They have really improved the game. Lots more to do. The bigger amount of Pokemon to catch is also nice. Can't wait to try it out for Let's Go.
So decorative Aether Keep buildings can be broken, but they can pretty much still be placed down as obstacles I wonder how people will exploit this
Expect a wall of owls in the next couple of days.
they wont because maps have a building limit
Even a few expendable walls can make a big difference really
why would you ever use expendable walls over buildings that have an effect just so we are on the same page, if you get every defense building, thats the max amount of garbanzo you can fart down

That's an oof. I want Ylgr but I really don't want to pull from a 2 unit banner. I wonder if the legendary hero is going to be Hrid?
That's a hard pass from me. It's been real easy to save orbs lately I hope th r Christmas units are fun.
Surtr might as well have gotten his invulnerability skill. What the fuck. Excited to see his trainee stats.
I thought they'd either never actually release Surtr or at least make his effects more fair Yet he still gets his 20 damage AND a freaking spectrum +8 stats basically What the fuck is this
Oh no, another level 4 skill
broke: level 4 skills are bad woke: level 4 skills are the next step for making previously useless skills useful
It's not like Death Blow or Steady Stance were useless skills though.
death blow fair enough steady stance, ehh.
Fucking ugh Like we need more insanely busted armor units.
