Plus, the album art seems to use the same "Price is Right" font as GTA.

If you were expecting the update tomorrow, it's probably safe to say that you're going to be disappointed. Yan posted this on GTAF: Nah nah nah, I said 24th so it's 24th. R* always uploaded a trailer for every major update GTA Online had anyway. They're not just gonna shit it out without warning.

They've pushed out surprise updates in the past and in some cases, didn't release a full trailer until the actual update released. I don't think Rockstar will make the release of this nightclub update a surprise, but it's not impossible.

I guess that makes sense but there are far more severe griefing tools like the orbital cannon and the explosive rounds maybe if it dealt damage and killed people after a while it would work

iirc, there's ways to get it online through modded capture missions. You only get to keep it in the free mode lobby you spawn in though. As soon as you leave, you lose the stun gun.

I remeber comming up on, mostly annoying, random players in a lobby and tasing them with friends for up to minutes until they left. Good times.

Not at all. I usually land at one of them islands or on mountaintops to do the same. There's also a cave alongside the eastern coast which is great for chilling.
